Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in New Orleans East Area

Had a wonderful stay here! The hosts/hostesses were responsive and, while we did not have any issues during our stay, I'm sure they would have worked to swiftly address them. The location was awesome and within walking distance to a lot of great places, including the French Quarter, the WWII museum, the St. Charles Trolley line, and the riverwalk area. I felt safe at all hours of the day/night in the surrounding area, and the Airbnb itself was secure with the main door building lock and deadbolt/regular lock combo for the unit. The outside surroundings were a bit loud throughout all hours of the day, but that's to be expected with its close proximity to the French Quarter (i.e., we knew what we were signing up for when we booked this place, worth it for the close proximity to the French Quarter). Overall a wonderful stay and I would recommend this location to future visitors!

Phil and I have been staying at Louis and Aldonia’s home every year for our anniversary, for about 3 or so years now, out of all the places in the city we have stayed.. Their place is the absolute best, extremely responsive and warm, very kind and understanding if any issues arise. They are very quick to responding. Absolutely incredible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so welcoming for us every single year. Can’t wait to come back next year and so forth!

The apartment was a perfect location for our planned activities in New Orleans. Jesse (& family) were welcoming and caring. The space was perfectly appointed and had every amenity one would need. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

We loved Tim’s place! I work in New Orleans often, and this is one of the most convenient and comfortable homes I’ve Airbnb’d. Tim was helpful and responsive and it’s clear that he puts a ton of work into making folks feel welcome in the crescent city.

We stayed for 3 days and overall an awesome experience! Beautiful home—cozy and spacious enough for our family of 4 that include two little boys who need room to roam freely. Everything was clean and provided, including shampoos and mouthwash which can’t always be found with other hosts. Wonderful parking in front of the place. Getting in and out was easy, had a nice little patio. It’s mosquito season so, of course they were bad, but nothing drastic. The only real issue we had was having internet problems with the TV—we were able to connect it the day we came in but later had to use our hotspot. Doris had mentioned they had just gotten a new system so it’d probably be a little funny. Honestly, wasn’t even that big of a deal and we simply appreciated their honesty and how well they communicated! Wouldn’t take longer than about 15 minutes to respond to a text, which is helpful. Great experience and hope to stay again.

We had a nice and easy stay in Uptown at this cute and homey place. Easy check in/out, nice and responsive hosts, a nice neighborhood where we wanted to be. Small kitchen that has what you need, washing machine/dryer were great (thanks to host who brought us detergent ), easy street parking. Accurate pictures, nice bathroom, bed and furniture all comfortable. I’ll check to see if this place is available when planning my next NOLA trip, which I hope is soon.

Don was by far one of the best hosts we have ever had. He brought us a case a water just to make sure we could carry waters with us when we went out for the day. He responded so quickly and gave so many local recommendations to help with planning. The check out was so nice and relaxed in comparison to the laundry list of instructions you normally receive. We had a great stay and will check for availability with Don before booking our next stay.

We enjoyed a group friends trip to this large house. The pool had noodles for floating, pool towels also available. The living area space is huge and comfortable. We took advantage of Turkey and the Wolf for amazing sandwiches next door and also walked to Magazine st for shopping and brunches.

Miranda was an ideal host. Very responsive and helpful. Her place was beautiful, every little detail was perfect from her decor to her recommendations sheets, to the some of the cool books she had. Nice neighborhood and close to plenty of good restaurants and bars. As someone who has been New Orleans a ton of times I would highly recommend her place and will be for sure coming back.

Stephen’s place was extremely nice and felt like a home away from home. The host and his wife were super responsive and offered a wide range of amenities. They were super friendly and accommodating, they even helped provide suggestions for activities to do when we were running short of ideas.

First time renting an Airbnb, and I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the transaction was! The house is beautiful and on the water, so we had a great time sitting on the back porch. The house looks exactly as pictured. The hosts, Stephanie and Gurjit were wonderful! As a bonus this is close to the I10, so easy to get around the city.

Super cute. Close to everything but far enough out of the city to enjoy peace and quiet. At first the location looked a little concerning due to the condition of the neighbors house but was quickly reassured when we met the neighborhood watch folks and the neighbors. LOVED the old, deep, porceline bathtub, and the wood floors. Large can of coffee grounds in the freezer saved a trip to the store. Oh, and the pub on the corner, Eveleines, has AWESOME food. Allso, Monday restaurant and bar is equally good. Both less than 3 minutes from the house. Best Air BnB bargian in New Orleans.

It was wonderful staying at this air bnb. There is a shared porch and backyard with the other tenants in the other unit. They were all super nice and had great conversations when we saw them!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toys and bowls for my pups and local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Awesome neighborhood with lots of great food/drink options. Extremely walkable to all popular locations. Loved the high ceilings inside as well as the sliding doors to separate the sleeping area. Very attentive host.

Great location and large rooms. Soft comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Close to all the French Quarter action. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Michelle’s place was as advertised with lots of room, clean, relatively quiet for its location and a great Mediterranean restaurant right next door as an extra bonus. Would recommend to anyone looking for a close location to the French Quarter but far enough away from the crowds.

This apartment was great. There is a noisy bar across the street but you don’t hear it in the bedroom. It’s beautiful inside and close to lots of restaurants and bus stops.

Three adults shared the space and were very comfortable. Parked our car and didn't need it the entire time because everything that we wanted to do (French Quarter & Marigny restaurants, music clubs) were all within walking distance. Brad is a responsive host and his space made a great temporary home while in the city. Thank you!

Comfortable, clean, and surprisingly peaceful spot. Close to Frenchman street too! We were very comfortable and appreciated that the hosts provided early check in. No complaints.

We could not have picked a better rental for our Nola trip! Alice & Scott's place was close enough to all the hot spots yet felt safe and private from the busy night life. The street Car was the only noise we encountered and it wasn't anything to complain about! It was a huge plus being so accessible. Host communicated everything in advance and unit entry was a breeze! Many other units we looked into had complaints about their AC not keeping up to the summer heat. This units AC was kept on 72 and it was perfect. We loved having the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Extra ⭐️ for the super comfy bedding. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.
