such a quaint house with lots of character. Enjoyed the location. easy walking to City Park and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We enjoyed the privacy this little home gave us and all the amenities that were provided. Highly recommend!

Suzanna's place is a beautiful renovation of a Bywater Double. Has a full kitchen and bath. It is in best location close to great restaurants, bakeries and bars. It's also very close to the French Quarter. Its fun to just walk around the neighborhood. Suzanna responded immediately to any questions I had. Would definitely book here again. Honestly, didn't want to leave.

Really cute place and very clean. The neighborhood is really quiet and felt safe. There were things to do and places to eat just a couple of blocks away. The checkout was probably the easiest I have ever had. Great booking for me and my adult son.

Aimee and Klass have the perfect spot for your NOLA trip. The space is large, open and comfortable. It was a great place to hang out after a busy day as well as great for taking a break between excursions. The space was impeccable and had everything we needed! The location is top notch, too! There are tons of local shops and cafes in walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Aimee and Klass were the friendliest hosts, always reaching out to make sure we were having a great stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans.

Foremost, the apartment was squeaky clean and tidy - always most important for me. I loved the tall ceilings, old double doors, and wavy glass windows. The historical feel of both the house and the apartment was very homey. The house itself was beautiful and the garden immaculate. The location close to the bayou was nice. The hosts were good to answer questions about getting around in the city, and provided recommendations. Overall, we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Neighborhood was very walkable and safe. We were traveling with a dog and enjoyed having an outdoor space for her.

David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) Shirley and Minka are very detailed in their description of finding the place and how to check in and check out. Everything was a described. They send instructions and details a few days earlier than when you arrive, which is great! I loved that there were places they recommended for shopping and eating. Wonderful hosts. Beautiful hidden gem minutes from French Quarter. Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of the action without the noise. The only issue we had was getting our luggage to and from the room. There was a lift we tried to use but it would not open once we got it to the top. I would definitely stay again.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

Couldn't be happier with this location. Its close enough to walk or take a 10 minute rideshare, but far enough away from the hectic New Orleans nightlife when you are ready to wind down. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to travel to New Orleans. WWII museum is a 5 minute walk. Great time and great memories made.

it was awesome staying here will definitely use again

This was our second time staying in Joseph's place, and we would definitely stay there again. We love the location on Esplanade, which is an easy walk to either the French Quarter or Frenchman Street. There's a 24-hour bodega right next door that is well-stocked and friendly. Joseph offers a parking pass which makes all the difference for people like us who love the option of having a car to explore other parts of the City. The condo was comfortable and pretty, with the extra bonus of a balcony overlooking Esplanade. This is a second-floor unit so there are stairs to the entrance; there are also stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, but there's a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. We're both used to stairs so it didn't bother us a bit. In all, we highly recommend Joseph as a host and his condo as an excellent choice for an Airbnb.
