What a wonderful gem! We had a fabulous trip and the cabin lacked nothing! We felt right at home with all the furnishings and extra touches! Thank you so much, we can’t wait to come back!

Our trip was great! We enjoyed our stay, and had such a good time as a family! The Decor was so cute and the hot tub was an added bonus!

Excellent stay in a clean, well-equipped home We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—the place was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. One minor quibble: the coffee maker was tiny and could only brew two cups at a time, which was a bit inconvenient for our group. The location is fantastic—just about an hour’s drive to Yosemite National Park, making it an ideal base for exploring. The community was undergoing construction, and some roads were closed during our visit. We ended up waiting about 45 minutes to enter and pay the $50 entrance fee, which was frustrating. It’s worth asking the host for an update on access or checking ahead before booking.

Jacque was a very accommodating host. She was very responsive to any questions posed. Her property is amazingly beautiful and we had complete privacy. The views were magnificent and the area has tons of history. I would definitely return here.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful cabin! Our family of 7 were very comfortable! From the time that I booked, the communication was great. the home was as described. peaceful, quiet and beautiful setting. My granddaughter and I named the wild turkeys, deer , hummingbirds and lizards that we saw!The kids had an amazing time in the loft, and I thoroughly enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Convenient to the lake, swimming pool and little town of Groveland, about a one hour drive to Yosemite Valley. I highly recommend Jeff and Gina's home!

We had a great stay at this cabin! The space was cozy and clean, and the location was great—just a short distance from the lake and some really beautiful hikes. It was a peaceful and convenient spot to relax and enjoy nature.

Fantastic house in a beautiful rural setting! The house is spotless and spacious. Well-appointed kitchen and pantry. First Airbnb we’ve stayed in that actually has storage containers for leftover food! Plenty of paper products, bath supplies and towels. Comfortable sun room and covered porch for relaxing. Hosts are very responsive! The setting is beautiful - very rural. It was fun to cook at home and relax at the house. Strong WiFi. The towns of Murphys (shops, pubs, eateries) and Arnold (Big Trees State Park is beautiful!) are each a 40 minute drive. Would definitely return to this beautiful home!

This place was absolutely beautiful, kind of tricky to arrive but javi provides step by step directions on arriving which was absolutely helpful. The pictures do absolutely no justice for how amazing this place is. Javi was also very lenient and open to hearing out my concerns/ideas. I would definitely recommend and come back a million times.

We're not sure what we loved the most...but we loved absolutely everything about Erin and Jennifer's home! It's pristine, beautifully and uniquely decorated (I want to live in it!), in a quiet, ideal location, walkable to quaint downtown Murphy's. Erin and Jennifer respond within mere minutes to every question, but we didn't have many, because their communication and instructions are so thorough. The backyard is designed as a private oasis, and if we weren't so busy at our Little House on the Prairie event, we would have spent every minute there!! It's AMAZING!! THANK YOU Erin and Jennifer for being such a incredible hosts. Your home is THE BEST home we have ever rented. We'll be back!

David’s cabin was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and just like the photos. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed, including a great selection of board games. The balcony view was absolutely spectacular—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. It was the perfect escape from city life, surrounded by nature and quiet. I only wish we had a few more days to stay, but unfortunately, work called us back. We’ll definitely be looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time. The cabin comfortably fits two, but it could easily accommodate three or even four people. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the woods. Thanks again, David!

Just absolutely wonderful and exactly like the photos. A real sense of just being in a beautiful and beautifully designed space full of perfect touches. I stayed a month and was very sad to leave! Aria was a great host and go-between with the rather draconian guardians of the gated community (every delivery has to be individually called in and you need a weekly pass to drive through the gate). Being a mile from the lake was wonderful as was the drive up the mountain. And of course you are close to Yosemite. Could not recommend it more highly.

Loved the house! The backyard was peaceful. Bed was super comfortable. Great location for exploring Murphys. Jeff was always responsive and accommodated a late check out for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Short walk to Main Street and downtown Murphy's. Nice area and the house was very nice and clean and just as described.

Fantastic experience! The house has a great layout for large parties—the rooms are spread out from one another and there are several different areas to socialize in. Hosts were always responsive and helpful. The only downside was the size of the cooking area in the kitchen, but the room itself was large enough that we just spread out to the table ti do our chopping, etc. The massive kitchen table and the gorgeous deck were our favorite parts. They also left out some snacks for our arrival. 10/10 recommend!

I’d like to thank Clarence for the stay at Basecamp Murphys. The location to downtown Murphys and a few quality markets was fantastic. The home was very clean and was a well integrated household regarding the lights, fans, and locks. Safe, quiet neighborhood and a fun little putting green in the backyard. We also appreciated the folder on the coffee table with maps and suggestions to local wineries, restaurants, and shopping. Well worth the price!

Ed's place is centrally located to downtown Sonora. The only drawback worth mentioning is the steep streets and stairs. Other than that, we were comfortable, the house is very large and Ed is a gracious host.

We had a great stay and this was a perfect location for a visit with family in the area. The home had all of the amenities we could possibly need and was very comfortable both inside and out. The location is great for lake access or to just enjoy the view. A great place that we will definitely return to!

Beautiful home. We were only there for 2 nights while visiting Yosemite and were out of the house for most of our stay, but it was a very comfortable space to come back to at the end of the day. All our possible needs were provided for. Well stocked kitchen. Spacious. Would definitely recommend and would visit again. The Pine Lake community is quite large. This home is tucked nicely away from the main road and traffic for privacy and quiet.

We had a great stay at Kristin's place. We brought our wakeboard/ ski boat and the neighbors next door moved their car for us so we could park it in the driveway, so nice!! Quiet location, very clean, having air conditioning was a plus, it was very hot that weekend, and being able to walk to the downtown was great. We will for sure book her place again!! Thanks, Nicki

We had a lovely time with family here. Beautiful setting, very clean and neat, nicely managed with professionalism. My kids loved the bunk beds. Some family members did think the beds were on the firm side, but I slept great. Wish there were a few more towels available for our use (and for the price of the rental), as we had to wash a load. We had a lucky stay with snow, and the property was just perfect! Janet was a great host and the care put into the home and hosting really shows!

The location was perfect for our group and the activities we wanted to do. Having a place right on the lakeside made fishing and kayaking easy. The Airbnb was spacious and clean and had more than enough room both inside and outside for all 10 of us.
