Alia's place is quiet and cozy but close to everything we needed! Alia was very helpful qith local recommendations and responsive when i beeded something. She was specifically helpful when we needed something that was missing from the house. She had it right over within 10 minute which I really appreciated! Great host!

We felt so fortunate that our previous booking fell through when we arrived in Lafayette and Paz was so kind to accept our request and organize her cleaners right away to prepare the place for us. We felt right at home with the comfortable furnishings, eclectic decor, well stocked kitchen, and patio spaces. One of our (adult) daughters said that we may have lost a pool (the previous booking) but we gained a treehouse (which is really more our style). Paz and her son Eli were quick to respond to our requests, and we couldn’t have been more happy with our stay.

A great place to stay for the Crawfish Festival or just anytime! Everyone felt comfortable. Walking distance to almost anything you need or want. Treasure was awesome! Will probably be back!

I stayed at Sandra's place in Breaux Bridge for the four day Cycle Zydeco bike tour. It was about a half mile from the event location at St. Bernard's school, easy to find and walkable on sidewalks. The house is a one-story three bedroom with two baths, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The air conditioning worked well and was essential after 40 mile days on the bike in 85 degree heat. I rented thinking I'd be there with two other guys, but ended up being solo after my fellow cyclists cancelled. This was really an ideal location for Zydeco, far enough from the center of town to avoid noise from the event, close enough to walk or ride to and from within ten minutes (walking) or five minutes (on the bike). I hope to do Cycle Zydeco again next year, this time with a few other folks, and will certainly plan to rent this place again.

Kristen was very communicative and proactive. House was elder though well maintained and comfortabe. Well provisioned, esp for entertainment. Along with the pinball/foosball/pacman numerous board games provided. Found the pouch swings enjoyable.

I whole heartedly think this is the best air bnb you can get in Lafayette. Going forward when I visit the town again I’ll be doing my best to secure this air bnb once again! You can tell they put a lot of time in the creative process of this home, the back yard lights are a very nice touch! And of course the hosts of this home are very friendly and responsive! 10/10

Me and the family had a good trip we loved the pool and was happily surprised that they had a hot tub and other amenities that was not advertised.

House is very clean and much larger than the pictures shown. We would defianly stay here again.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The pool was amazing, the beds were super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like the thoughtful decor that made it feel like home. The Cajun Getaway is southern comfort at its finest. It was like home away from home for us. We love everything about it and it’s on our list of places to revisit. Centrally located to all the best places to visit and dine in SW Louisiana. The hosts made us feel very welcome and were respectful of our privacy. 10 out of 10.

Peaceful house and neighborhood. Could use more information on what was useable in the cupboards/freezer if anything. Pool was perfect since it was so hot out! Tv in the communal spaces didn’t have the promised access but it was okay since we were out so much. Overall it was a great experience with a wonderful and responsive hostess. Would recommend this location to anyone wanting some peace and privacy.

Traveled to Louisiana for a week of work there. Brought my family along so they could vacation while I was working. If you are looking for a beautiful peaceful space, inside and out, this is the home for you. Carlos gave great instructions on check-in and check-out. He was flexible on both as we came in very late the first day and checked out a little later than planned. House is very family friendly and we felt right at home. Lots of wildlife to watch and the river is just a short walk from the back porch. Close to both Lafayette (about 10 miles) and Baton Rogue (about 25 miles). When I need to go back we will definitely book this home. The master suite has a bathroom just like the Kennedy's (IYKYK.....Southpark). Love this place!

Everything was east to deal with, the place had everything expected. The hosts were very communicative. I will stay here again on future visits.

Great! Great for our short weekend stay in Lafayette. Loved all the little amenities like water bottles in the fridge and nice bathroom.

Great place to stay for us and our big dog. Did a lot of walking and exploring, looking for wildlife. did a lot of birding - it was awesome. there's a marsh behind the house and a bayou across the road in front. saw some gators and beavers paddling around. we also visited the state park just down the road. nice boardwalk and of course more birding and beavers. Did not get to see black bears. Maybe next time. Had everything we needed. got to watch a storm roll in over the bay. Really enjoyed our stay. Will happily return and highly recommend.

This house was the perfect spot for our anniversary getaway. The location is peaceful and beautiful. It is centrally located to many fantastic Cajun restaurants, which is one of the main reasons we like to visit this area. Melissa was great with communication and it was a treat to discover her fresh baked Blueberry Muffins waiting for us. The house was lovely and immaculate. Thanks, Melissa!

Ashley was very responsive and the place was great.

The property was exactly as described. It was very private, clean, spacious and on a really nice piece of property. It was peaceful yet not too far off the beaten path. Gus was a great online host whose communication was clear, prompt and spot on. The value of the fees and charges were in line with expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We would definitely recommend this property to others and it deserves a 5/5 star rating.

Very nice and peaceful space. The bed downstairs is pretty firm, however overall a very comfortable and serene environment.

Wish I could go above 5 stars. We were in town for a softball tournament and this place was only a few blocks away. It had everything we needed plus plenty more. The outdoor space was great, we were able to grill under the covered patio even though it was raining off and on. There was some waffle mix left by the hosts that my daughter loved in the mornings. The cabinet in the dining area had some games and coloring books for the kids to use which was fantastic, gave us some quiet time haha. Front porch was nice too because we were able to kick off our dirty shoes and keep our ice chest out there. There were plenty of linens, towels, COFFEE (big one for me) and no shortage of cookware of utensils. Really the perfect space for us and better rates than any hotel that would’ve been 15+ miles away!

Thanks for a great stay! Wish we could’ve have stayed here longer - we enjoyed our time!
