Beach house holiday rentals in New Hampshire

It was wonderful to be hosted by Mike and Johanna. As seasoned hosts, they had anticipated every one of our needs and potential questions about our stay and gave us detailed information. They responded to my queries patiently and promptly. This is our seventh year visiting Conway but only our second time at an Airbnb here. This is definitely the best way to experience a week-long stay at Conway. I particularly appreciated the workout equipment because of which I was able to keep up with my Pilates classes online. The kids (5 & 3) had a blast exploring the place. There were so many kids toys that we didn’t have any use for the ones we brought along. But do bring max strength mosquito repellent!!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Darryl’s house was extremely enjoyable. It had everything we needed, and we had a very relaxing time at the lake. It felt private, amazing views, and was very comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julie's lakeside home for Father’s Day weekend. The setting was serene, with beautiful views of the water, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality time together. The home was well-equipped and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a memorable stay. Julie was a fantastic host, ensuring that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the peaceful ambiance and thoughtful touches throughout the space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lakeside retreat!"

This beautiful lake front home was a great space for our group (8 adults, 1 infant, dog)! Plenty of space for everyone to gather, inside or outside. Lake amenities were such a plus! Carl and other co-hosts were so responsive leading up to our stay and during!

We had a great extended long weekend stay at Karen’s!! The place was warm & inviting- perfect for a colder than anticipated Memorial Day Weekend — we took advantage of the pellet stove and were still able to take in awesome lake views from the comfort of the living room. Our young girls had a blast “swimming” in the large jacuzzi bath tub and playing/ sleeping on the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. We did manage to get out on our boat which was easy to dock at the slip associated with the rental. No fish caught this time around but still fun trying. The location of Karen’s place is awesome- very close/ walking distance to tasty restaurants & public boat launch. We cooked most of our own meals & were grateful for the well stocked kitchen as well as having a grocery store less than 5 min away. Karen was a fantastic host with quick response times from time of booking & then following checkout ensuring that our stay was as seamless as possible. We hope to return in the future! 😊

We had the best time at Nicks! Very clean. Basically a full kitchen and had two sleeping options. Beautifully decorated. Loved all the attention to detail and thoughtful extras. There were even games to play and extra cleaning basics to use. Great location. Loved the outdoor pool and proximity to beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. We’ve been coming to Hampton for decades and this was one of our favorite places to stay by far. I think this set up would be good for any family group or close friends, but wanted to highlight how ideal it was with two toddlers (since those great places for this age aren’t always easy to come by). Additionally, Nick was very friendly and helpful and easily reachable. Highly recommend this gem.

What can I say? They’ve thought of everything to make you feel welcome and right at home! Special snacks awaiting the kids with breakfast items already thought of! The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for every day of our stay! The rooms were comfortable and felt right at home! Thank you for a perfect and memorable stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at George and Elizabeth’s home. They were always available and the home was clean and comfortable. We had seven of us staying and it was plenty of space.

Shannon's getaway was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including extra beach towels and it was such a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. It was very clean and well maintained. The area was quiet and from the porch we could see and hear all of the cool cars cruising around. Shannon was very responsive and gave easy instructions to find parking and getting into the place.

Had a great 3 week stay here. Weather didn't cooperate but we were cosy at our home base and fit in beach walks whenever the rain did let up. Great WiFi allowed work from home as needed. Spacious pool patio area out back gets full sun all day and was a nice place to relax. 10 minutes from main shopping. 3 minutes from Hampton Beach. Will rent again if have the chance.

Josh and Tracy are very nice and friendly and their place is amazing! I highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area!

Great host, it’s a great stay for a time of quiet reflection as well just enough space for a cottage that is a hidden spot in New England. Would highly recommend staying again.

Pretty big house. A few beds were oddly placed in the basement but still very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was beautiful, clean, and stocked with all the essentials, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. Despite some initial confusion following an unfortunate family incident, the host was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. She recognized that the situation was beyond my control and went out of her way to be accommodating and supportive. Her kindness meant the world to me, and this experience is one I will never forget. A heartfelt thank you to Melissa and Matthew—I am truly grateful for your help and support during such an unfortunate and pivotal moment in my life. Your willingness to assist and your cooperation made all the difference, and it was truly life-changing for me. My family and I had a wonderful time with our mom who loved going to Hampton Beach with our dad. Vu was a great host who answered all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The place was described exactly as the pictures. We would definitely use the place again.

We had a great time in the house. Everything that was included made our stay that much easier. We all slept great, and it was great to cook meals in. Michael was very responsive to any issues, and he was very accommodating, respecting our privacy. I enjoyed communicating with him. We will definitely be back next year!

My family of 8 stayed during my son's basketball tournament weekend. Normally we don't have much time to enjoy our place and surroundings during these busy weekends, but Mitchell's place made this possible. We were a short ride to games and an easy walk to the beach and area eateries. We had plenty of space and comfort. And communication was friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Really enjoyed the convenience of the home to the beach. A bit far from restaurants (just FYI - be prepared to walk for Boardwalk or anywhere else on that end of Hampton), but still right off the strip and the proximity to the beach is really the primary reason to book this house. Parking for 3 was possible and it was interesting to find an outdoor 2nd bath! Thanks for opening the home!
