The condo was exactly as advertised. Other than the natural Egyptian dust (there is no escaping that) , the flat was very clean. It is perfect for a small family looking for a get away somewhere calm and beautiful. It is fairly distant from the heart of Cairo, but that is what we wanted.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

A beautiful villa with a wonderful garden and its own pool. Everything was clean and the hosts had thought of the smallest details to make you feel at home. Beautiful design, lots of space both inside and outside where you can drink your coffee with a beautiful view or have dinner under the sky. The pool was cleaned for me. Thank you Nehad,Ahmed and door man Ramadan who took care of the cleanliness outside and was always ready to help when needed.Definitely will back again!

My stay at Ahmed's place was great! The apartment was clean, well equipped and very centrally located. He was a very friendly and helpful host. I would come back at any time and can only recommend it!

Highly recommendable!! The apartment is located in one of the newest areas of the city, the surroundings are beautiful and its extremely safe. The location is very good, a few minutes away from the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Also, you have a lot of amenities around including a mini-market in the compound. Our host Khalid was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, specially if you are a big group. The terrace is breath taking so, if you are looking for a place where to have some time off you have just found it!

I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The place was very clean, exactly like the photos, It was very comfortable to get to and stay there. Its very recommended since it was squeaky clean and spacious, it felt right like home. Hussein the host was very responsive and clear with all the instructions, he helped a lot giving good recommendations for the surrounding areas. Definitely will get back there!

Everything about this place was excellent. Mohamed was very hospitable, he made sure the entire check-in went extremely smoothly. He contacted me to make sure of any preferences or requests during my stay, and constantly followed up to make sure everything is going well. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Very good location, quick access to anywhere in Cairo. The apartment was clean and had a private gated entrance with cameras and lighting for the night time. Overall, everything was perfect!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! Although the apartment is located a bit outside the city center in beautiful New Cairo, it was totally worth it. The area is quiet, clean, and peaceful – perfect for relaxing after a day in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Plus, getting around was super easy and affordable: Uber rides to central Cairo usually cost less than €5. The apartment itself was just as beautiful as the photos, if not better. It was spotless, tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On top of that, our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful – always making sure we had everything we needed. We felt very well taken care of. We felt at home right away and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

This is our second time staying here. As before, we were very comfortable and very happy. The location is great, as it is a 2 minute walk to a new mall which has many great restaurants, and a place called Monkey Maze which is like a jungle gym for chilldren. We would recommend this place for those looking a simple, tidy and relaxing place in a great location.

The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.
