Holiday rentals with a patio in New Cairo 3

This isn’t our first time booking this flat, and it certainly won’t be the last! The place is very friendly, comfortable, and consistently well-kept. This time, I booked it for our VP who was visiting from the US, and he really liked it. It was a smooth experience from start to finish.

Surprisingly big space that has a dedicated garden area. Big living room, nice furniture, beautiful garden and fountain right outside your door. Would be very ideal for a comfortable long-term stay for a single or couple. High-end apartment. It is a little bit out of the way, but Uber and Talabat can come to the area no problem if you want to order a taxi or food.

It’s was a lovely stayed (4 nights & 5days) .. host are very accommodating, in our arrival Adham literally waited us even though we arrived late (12midnyt)as per the 1 hour delay from our flight, he explained everything inside the apartment! The place is very nice 😊 literally feels like home, bed & pillows are comfortable, bathrooms has a water heater just don’t forget to open it so the next day you’ll enjoy take shower with hot water! Wifi is fast & working very nice! Location is very quiet & easy to booked via “uber or careem” … it was a nice & pleasant stay!

Hesham is a very good host, one of the best hosts i ever stayed at, very friendly, responsive and flexible. his place is exactly as described, clean, central and private, no noise and very close to malls and shops, I will definitely be booking this place again in the future when I visit Cairo again.

Overall a wonderful stay. We were greeted upon arrival & escorted to our condo to be shown around. The location was amazing. Park Mall was right below the complex. The ladies got fabulous manicures at Chic & Charm while the men went to Mohamad Eid Barber for haircuts, pedicures and beard trims (Highly recommend said “ best salon type experience they ever had”) We took a very inexpensive local car service app is called InDrive to a spa that was 5 minutes away called Healthy Care. We got amazing 2 hour massages equivalent to $40 USD that price includes a 25% tip. There are 4 malls within a 10-15 minute with great restaurants. We spent days in this area & traveled to Cairo City at night for Sun Set River Cruise, Cairo Tower & shopping at the Khan el-Khalili Markets. The airbnb was clean & hosts were very responsive.

Absolutely incredible stay – the perfect getaway! John and Norma are truly the best hosts we’ve ever had – incredibly warm, responsive, and thoughtful. The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We stayed as a group of four and had more than enough space to relax and feel at home. The house is very well equipped: the kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms are clean and modern, and the pool area is just perfect. Every little detail was taken care of, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming and well-prepared. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and felt like we were in a private paradise. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay. Check-in and check-out were super easy and pleasant. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is very well maintained and super cozy. A large pool has made the days very sweet. There is a supermarket and restaurants close by. A few minutes by car you have all the shopping facilities. We are absolutely satisfied and highly recommend it.

The host is amazing

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

The Host is absolutely outstanding and communication was excellent throughout our stay; we got great local recommendations and all of our needs were met. The home itself is spacious, welcoming, and well furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The backyard is also well-kept and a nice addition to the home for taking in fresh air and some sun. There’s even fresh mint throughout the property which made our green tea cups even more tasty. Highly recommend staying here, or any other property managed by the Hist, Abdelrazik; his team truly does their best to accommodate guests. Thank you for having us!

The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it very convenient. I had the pleasure of staying in Aly’s fantastic 3-bedroom apartment in Degla Maadi. The apartment was incredibly spacious, well-equipped, and had a modern, stylish design. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning – a perfect way to relax and take in the surroundings. The location was also ideal, with plenty of shops and amenities nearby. Aly was a wonderful host – very attentive and ensured that everything was perfect during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cairo!
