We had a last minute stay for one night in this cozy little log cabin and had a great experience. The space was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a quiet, short getaway. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Would definitely recommend for solo travelers or couples looking for a peaceful stay!! Our puppies loved it too!!

Comfortable & peaceful home right on the lake! We enjoyed the cottage for several days while visiting family nearby. It was a great place for our family of 4.

Igor's Prairie Home was the perfect backdrop for my husband and adult children to take a break and reconnect as a family. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. We enjoyed the great hot tub and sitting around the fire pit. Oh and I don't want to forget to mention the tree house! How clever 🌞. Location is perfect for anything you'd like to do in the area because the house is located with easy access to Red Arrow highway. Either way you go there is plenty to see and do. Everyone wants to stay at Igor 's again and my son in law has already recommended to his parents. So I know we'll be back. 😎⛱️

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s house! It was clean, great location & cozy! We especially loved the automatic pool cover so we could actually relax on vacation with our little ones running around. I also loved the three separate areas outside (pool, fire pit, grassy area). The separate areas offered a nice change of scenery to break up the day without leaving the house. I also loved that it’s a spacious ranch style house, so was easy to keep eyes on the kids. Jennifer was a wonderful & accommodating host & can’t wait to get back to her house soon! Thanks for having us!

this was the first time using the platform. The communication with the host was absolutely phenomenal, even offering to help with any questions I might have using the app. I rate them the highest possible on every account because of the stellar job that they did. The house was very nicely put together and absolutely stunning. The location of the home is perfect for a variety of things in Michigan City and is very much appreciated. I highly recommend the house and its location as well as the wonderful host.

Our family had an amazing stay here! The design of the home was incredible and it was a great location. Our kids are already asking when we can come back! The close proximity to the beach was amazing. What a beautiful place!

Absolutely adorable, peaceful, and amazing location! The camper was super clean!!! The staff are all friendly! It had everything you could possibly need in it too! Heater, fan, coffee press, a/c, hair dryer, even fresh cut flowers! It had literally everything!!! The heated pool was absolutely phenomenal! The hiking trails were amazing too! It was such a peaceful get away! We enjoyed hiking the trails with our dog, swimming, and playing games while looking at the beautiful scenery around us! Can’t wait to go back again!!!!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect. It was nice and clean with a great rooftop deck and screened in porch. The location could not have been better, walking distance to everything in town. Everything was easy as far as check in and check out with a book explaining everything in the house. Mark was great at responding to questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay. Kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. We brought our King Charles cav who loved walks along the road that runs parallel to the lake. We walked to whistlestop cafe for coffee and breakfast and hit up the private beach one night. So pretty. The house had some of the best beds I’ve ever slept on in an air bnb and the train did not bother us- they had sound machines in every room. I loved the cozy surroundings and all of the vintage touches of this home. Would stay again.

I highly recommend staying at Kerilyn's farm house. My wife, a few friends and myself come to Baroda every year for my birthday to do the wine trail. This was our first time staying at Kerilyn's but definitely not the last. The home is beautiful, accommodating and located near some of the finest wineries in the area. The hot tub was fabulous and I couldn't ask for a better way to end the evening. Kerilyn was friendly, attentive and fast to respond. We're looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Kerilyn!

Really enjoyed the cottage for our family of four. The place is walking distance to the beach and a local playground. We enjoyed staying in nature but being able to drive to New Buffalo for restaurants or other things. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Great stay! Loved the pool and lanai. Had fun playing the board games from the 80s and 90s. Great, well equipped kitchen - even a blender for smoothies! Linens were amazingly comfortable.

We had a lovely family reunion at St Joe’s overlook. Kitchen came with literally everything- all sorts of cooking instruments (crock pot, air fryer, toaster etc), spices/oils, and zip lock bags for leftovers. All brand new appliances and ample prep space. We got the pool heated and it was wonderful! Very large size to fit all the family kids. The hot tub was a nice save for the adults who were freezing. Beautiful views from the living room of the river with ample and comfy seating. The home was perfect for a large gathering. We appreciate Evan and Claire hosting us they were always responsive and helpful.

Lovely home, many well thought out perks like fans in upstairs rooms and beach toys for kids! Info said it was an easy short walk to beach so I spent a whole lot more than I usually would. With children it would not be pleasant and is really not a short walk (and is on a semi busy road) & beach is down a whole lot of steps. BUT there are parking spaces so it was fine. Within the house, the steps are fairly steep at parts & there are 2?big ones going into house &!these were hard for my 70 year old mom w knee issues. So if person reading reviews is one of those people, this might not be THE place. That being said, it is very short walk to community pool & host is very responsive & house is beautiful! My mom mostly stayed within first floor including an awesome bed/bath on ground floor. There are games (although I didn’t love the Ouija board 🫣😂) . This would be a great place for multiple family / friends to split cost ;) Its very beautiful & community pool & hot tub are great!

We had such a wonderful stay! This cozy place was absolutely perfect for our family — including our dog. It was spotless, super comfortable, and had something for everyone. The host thought of everything, from snacks to games, and the place was so well-stocked with anything we could need. The location was amazing — literally out in the country, so peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes from the beach and everything else. It was the perfect mix of getaway and convenience. Our kids didn’t want to leave and kept asking if we could make it our new home. Truly a gem — highly recommend!

The Barn is such a fun and unique place to stay! It was close enough to drive to Warren Dunes and Silver Beach. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some, and we had the best time checking out all of the interesting antiques around the barn, playing singles on the record player, playing shuffleboard, and having fires outside. It is evident that Scott and Mindy have put a lot of time and love into this place, and it made for a fantastic stay.

Awesome house, I stayed here for a girls weekend and we just loved the space and view of the water. Tons to do in New Buffalo, and the house was so close to the main area of town.

We had a great 1 night stay here. It was just as described and the location is a very short walk to a coffee shop, the restaurants on the Main Street, and all the antique shops. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and very comfy bed.

The house is so great! Jess provided such impeccable details and was so helpful! We felt comfortable, safe and confident during our stay. This was our first ‘official’ vacation with our 2 year old, so we very much appreciated all of the toddler friendly amenities. We had such a great peace of mind throughout our stay. Everything is so clean and maintained well. We loved the board games! We had interesting weather during our stay (hot and cold!), so we enjoyed the open space of the house and all of the seating options both indoor and outdoor. Overall a great experience !

Really comfortable beds and quiet space to be!

The Place was clean and quiet. Beautiful trees surround the area. I am familiar with the New Buffalo and Union pier area. It was right in the middle of all the Restaurants. Sunroom was a great hang out. Yard was a large and private space to hang out and get a fire going. Of course, the koi fish was an extra bit of enjoyment, watching them. Would highly recommend this rental.

My wife, our dog and I stayed at the farmhouse for a long weekend to relax away from the city. It was the perfect country escape- peaceful, tranquil and still a quick drive to everything we wanted to explore. We mostly went to New Buffalo for restaurants and kayaking, and to the Indiana Dunes for hiking. The farmhouse was tastefully decorated with upscale amenities (like the coffee maker we decided to purchase when we got home). Mornings were spent reading on the screened in porch, listening to the birds and watching the chickens outside. There’s plenty of seating if you have a larger group, with tables inside and outside for meals. Stefanie was a wonderful host, her guidebook has great recommendations of things to do in the area and she gave very helpful instructions for the house. We definitely hope to return sometime as it’s so close to Chicago! Perfect weekend trip.
