Patrick has a beautiful house and it was lovely to stay there over the Easter weekend. Almost like our own boutique hotel! So quiet ,while being close to transport links and Walthamstow Village etc very close by. It was very relaxing and the way the house is appointed made it a lovely stay. His house guides were excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed.

We stayed prior to a flight early the next morning. The property was ideal for us as a family. It was great that our son had his own room. Really well renovated and very clean. Marlon was a very friendly and helpful host. The property is well equipped, from the kitchen to bed linen and various amenities. It was also great access to the airport and made an early morning flight very easy.

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Eimear’s. The flat was warm and cosy - there was a small snowfall whilst we there, and we had no idea at the time. There was no street noise. The location suited us. Am happy to recommend.

We loved staying at Shan's place. It is really peaceful and so close to Muswell Hill and everything this lovely area has to offer from great restaurants, cafés, shops and a gorgeous cinema. If you want an experience like no other, I highly recommend going to see a movie at the Everyman cinema. Thank you for having us and for being a great host Shan.

Brought 4 American friends over to see London for the first time and this location was perfect. The flat was beautiful!!! So close to everything you want in London but far enough out to feel like you’re not even in London. The road was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was one of my favorites in London (I stayed at 4 airbnbs in a span of 4 weeks). This one was my favorite. It was clean and spacious. The living room was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was quiet - away from traffic. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. The only thing is that parking was mostly unavailable on the streets that we were instructed to park on. But the host was kind enough to let us use the driveway. Also the rooms were on the top floor so it was a bit of a struggle getting the suitcases up and down the stairs. Everything else was spot on as described on the host’s description of the apartment.
