Holiday rentals with a patio in New Barnet

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Sanya was a great host, friendly and very responsive. Communication was great always replied to my text messages and was always willing to help. My dad loved her plants and it made him feel even more at home. The apartment is beautiful and clean and so close to everything.

We had a great stay at Vanessa's place - the location was ideal (peaceful but with easy access to Central London), the place itself was spacious and tidy, and even though we didn't meet in person, Vanessa made sure everything was clear for the self check-in and was very helpful via messages. We would definitely recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to come back ourselves.

I stayed in the flat for two nights. Everything was perfect. The flat is very clean and spacious. It is exactly as described in the listing. It's 6-7 minutes walk to the underground and bus stations and very close to a mall and various restaurants and pubs. The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend it to solo travellers or couples.

This Crouch End apartment is outstanding in every facet! Perfectly designed with modern furniture and top shelf appliances, it is a pleasure to stay in Ilias’ apartment. It is very comfortable with every feature a tourist could need. All appliances are quality and the kitchen in particular has an extensive selection of utensils and consumables such as tea, sugar etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival. Entry is effortless and the location ideal, with shops, restaurants and transport literally at the doorstep, although once inside the apartment is a peaceful haven. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely house, lots of space and nice little garden. Host was brilliant. Very responsive, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

Nice,well laid out cottage.Clean, tidy, verycomfortable beds.peaceful locations with in easy walking distance to Liverpool cal shops and restaurants. Kitchen well equipped,although could do with a teapot. negatives: lack of nearby free parking.( Parking charges in local CP extortionate ) Decking out the back starting to go in places so only a question of time before someone goes through it. Otherwise would be a nice place to sit out on a sunny day.

We had the nicest stay here! Verity is one of the loveliest hosts I’ve ever met - so responsive, friendly, and truly couldn’t do enough for us. She really made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Verity’s home is also so lovely! Clean, tidy, and really cosy! It’s in a great location - not too far from Silver Street station, perfect if attending a concert or event at Tottenham Stadium. We already can’t wait to stay again. Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the pics. It's well-equipped and is excellent value for money. It's in a secure building and close to shops, restaurants etc. The terrace is lovely and super peaceful, so it really does feel like you're away from the bustle of city life.

Great stay! Responsive host and amazing location. Very spacious as well. Only feedback is - utensils had very bad scratches all over them. When mentioned the host was nice enough to get us 2 new pans. Unwashed utensils as well. Would suggest to change the utensils in the kitchen.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Stunning property with a beautiful backyard with grass. Great location with plenty of walking option. Right next to the heath (0.4miles).Multiple grocery stores nearby. Hampstead underground has the northern line that we used to go to central areas. Very friendly host who went above and beyond to welcome us. Some special touches like the welcome package and wine were highly admirable. We had a very enjoyable holiday with our two dogs. We will certainly stay again if we have the opportunity! The apartment was in a great location with a bus stop close by on the main road but the apartment was far enough away from the main road to be surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The gated car parking space was a real bonus. Everything needed was supplied and the furniture and fittings were of a good quality. Saba was super helpful before and during our stay and always responded promptly. If you dont want go go into London nearby highlights are Lloyd Park and the lovely Walthamstow Wetlands. A great place to stay if you are happy with a little journey on public transport into London. We would stay again.

It was honestly the perfect studio. I felt so comfortable and loved how quickly the hosts responded making my stay even more enjoyable. There’s plenty of food options nearby, Co-Op is like a 2-3 min walk and the space was super clean. I highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at James' stylish and comfortable flat and immediately felt right at home. The apartment is spacious with lots of natural light and expansive views of Shoreditch, especially from the large wraparound terrace. The two beds are comfy and the bathrooms are modern with good water pressure and dual shower heads. Shoreditch is a lively area and the flat is walking distance to lots of restaurants, independent boutiques, artisan food shops, and street markets. The mornings here are quiet and the nights boisterous. James is an excellent host; he was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We highly recommend staying in this flat.
