Apartment holiday rentals in New Barnet

O apartamento é exatamente como consta no anúncio. Estava extremamente limpo, organizado e, o que me deixa muito feliz, cheiroso. É ideal para dois hóspedes (estava sozinho), tem uma mini cozinha com os itens básicos (pia, frigobar, chaleira elétrica e torradeira), mas está dentro de uma casa e possui uma cozinha compartilhada completa. O check-in é automatizado e o anfitrião envia as informações antes da viagem, com instruções claras, precisas e um vídeo de apoio. Sobre o bairro, é afastado das áreas turísticas, o que pode ser um pouco incômodo para quem vai à cidade pela primeira vez, mas para mim que fui outras vezes esse foi um ponto positivo, pois o bairro é residencial e você vivência o cotidiano de quem realmente mora em Londres. Apesar dessa distância relativa das áreas turísticas, o local é muito bem servido por ônibus e trens, conectando ao centro da cidade em pouco tempo. Sobre o anfitrião, Hassan foi extremamente solícito, cortês e pró-ativo. Recomendo e voltaria mais vezes

Ev resimlerde gösterildiği gibi şık ve konforluydu. Bahçesini daha büyük bekliyorduk fakat küçük bir teras gibiydi. Ev çok temizdi ve mutfak ekipmanları ihtiyacınız kadar olan her şey vardı. Metro için iki seçenek var southgate ve oakwood. İkiside yürümesi çok keyfli bir yol. Eve göre oakwood durağı daha yakın ama southgate’e giderkende ufak bahçe ve tarla gibi huzurlu yollardan geçiyorsunuz. Market yürüme 5 dakika mesafede var ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi bulabiliyorsunuz. Genel olarak tecrübemiz çok iyiydi fakat bir gece üst komşuların yüksek müzik sesi ve kutlama sesleriyle uyandık gece 3.30’du. Uyarınca sorun kalmadı. Ayrıca üst kattan sürekli bahçeye sigara izmaritlerini atıyordu fakat bu evin veya ev sahibin sorunu değil maalesef kiracının olumsuzluğuydu. Bunun için ev sahibini rahatsız etmeye bile değmezdi. Dediğim gibi evin temizliği vs göz önünde bulundurunca hotel konforunda şık ve güzel bir daire.

Needed an Airbnb last minute and Melissa was very accommodating. She was very responsive and the space was very clean and comfortable.

Polecamy tą miejscówkę !!! Lokalizacja na zwiedzanie jest wspaniała, pod nosem zajezdnia autobusowa i stacja kolejowa. Mieszkanie wygodne, łóżka i pościele bardzo przyjemne, dwie łazienki - to duży plus, wystrój fajny, wyposażenie mieszkania całkowicie zaspokoiło nasze potrzeby.

We had a lovely stay at Sian's . It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a short uber ride to where we were going and parking was in a side street within a short walk to Sian"s.

Als Familie zu dritt in dem Apartment hat uns der kurze Weg zur U-Bahn gefallen. Die Kleinen Restaurants in der Nähe sind gut zu empfehlen. Es gibt in der Nähe nur einen kleinen Minimarkt in dem man essentiale Sachen kaufen kann. Für einen Großen Supermarkt muss man 1 U-Bahnstation nach Southgate fahren. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Uns persönlich hat eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt. Uns wurde aber versichert, das es nachgebessert wird. Esphandyar hat immer schnell und super freundlich reagiert. Es gab aber nicht viel Nachzufragen, da im Vorfeld alles sehr ordentlich beschrieben wurde. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

Great little place that felt modern and had great amenities. The garden is huge and the shower was lovely. Host communicated well and was very friendly.

The view from Ellens apartment is heavenly overlooking a beautiful reservoir. It's spotlessly clean. Not only I would highly recommend this place but I myself will book this place on my next trip to London.

Jonathan and Jose were exceptional hosts! Their place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They made sure everything was perfect for our stay and were very responsive and kind. The location was great, and we felt right at home. We highly recommend their Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. We can't say enough good things about this little flat. As a traveling adult couple, it was perfect for our needs and a great reprieve from the smaller hotel rooms we had mostly been in to that point. Our host was very gracious. We did not see her in person, but when we arrived late after driving in hectic, Friday night London traffic, she was happy to help us troubleshoot our check-in (which would have been solved if we had read the instructions more carefully to begin with) and we had a wonderful three night stay. The house specific booklet with further instructions and local recommendations and the welcoming gift of pains au chocolat, salt and vinegar chips, and prosecco were nice finishing touches. If we make it back over to that area of the world, we will be looking this location up again.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en famille . Le logement est très bien agencé, spacieux, lumineux, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin à disposition. La terrasse est vraiment un plus et très calme. Perminder nous a adressé toutes les informations et explications avant notre arrivée, tout s’est très bien passé. La station de métro la plus proche est Highgate sur la Northern Line qui permet de rejoindre tous les sites touristiques en 20 min. Pour accéder au métro, nous avons marché 20 minutes à travers un parc superbe ou utilisé le bus 134 qui nous déposait à 5 minutes du logement. Nous serons ravis de revenir séjourner chez Perminder pour notre prochain séjour à Londres.

Le logement était impeccable très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Il est également très accessible et proche des transports en communs. Une perle rare en plein centre de Londres. Je reviendrai très certainement lors de mon prochain séjour.

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

Felt right at home at Oded’s. Warm house, Hot shower, Great kitchen, Window view in the bedroom and kitchen are so nice, and my favourite spot was sitting at the kitchen table each morning for coffee. Everything you need and responsive host. I was fortunate to be able to do a long term stay over winter which I haven’t done before on airbnb, and am really grateful for the provisions and warmth in a well thought out spot. Great taste, Great house. Area was great too for working week and markets on Sunday. Thank you Oded
