Smoking friendly holiday rentals in New Alabang Village

It was a great stay at Glady's place. She was responsive and provided us with information needed in order to get into her place smoothly. We watched a concert and as advertised, it was indeed a 5-6 minutes walk to MOA Arena. ☺️

This place is very nice and luxurious. The entire stay felt very comfortable and my girlfriend and I loved eating meals out on the balcony. I particularly enjoyed the bathrooms with working hot water and fancy sinks. The bed was very cushy as well as supportive and I got a great night sleep every time I slept there. I also enjoyed the nice big TV in the living room. The location was also great. We were able to get grabs right outside the lobby and there were a number of stores within walking distance. The community is gated, so we felt like we had a lot of privacy and safety. My only complaints would be that we never quite got streaming services on the projector to work, which was a main selling point to me. The stove tops were also a little finicky, so we mostly avoided cooking. That being said, there were lots of other cooking appliances that worked well, so it's something that can be worked around if desired. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely repeat.

Raquel was a great host and very responsive. Place was clean and as described. Nearby to the airport and the neighborhood was peaceful.

10/10, would definitely go back. Great place, even better view of the Grand Venice Canal. Stores are walking distance. Amazing pool and gym. There is also a sauna. 👌👌

The host was very responsive and easy to deal with, great place to stay if you are looking for something that is walkable to many restaurants. The building is connected to uptown mall so you don’t have to walk outside if it’s raining. We enjoy our stay and definitely go back again. Thank you Aeryka!!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Super clean, spacious and well maintained place!

Premium house that is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, private, and had everything we needed: well stocked kitchen that included a high end stove, oven, and refrigerator, and even a hot and cold distilled drinking water dispenser (water supplied); comfortable furniture; strong WiFi; and excellent air conditioning in bedrooms and downstairs common areas. There is also a lovely garden in a small atrium that was a peaceful and relatively cool space to relax outside. Wilbert and Anna took great care of us. They restocked our toilet paper and paper towels, changed out our linens and towels as needed, and were overall exceptionally kind and responsive. The neighborhood is gated and felt safe. The house is walking distance to a delicious pan de sal bakery, cafes, and a fruit stand. It was easy to flag down a tricycle to drive us to excellent nearby restaurants. We couldn't have wished for a more wonderful place for our large family to stay, and we hope to come back soon. Maraming salamat!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Lucilyn's home The place is so quiet and calm to relax, I felt like home. Everything you need (self-laundry, groceries, malls, etc) is close to it so you won't hassle, but it's recommended to bring your own vehicle.

The house is nice and the area is quiet. It has all the listed amenities plus other stuff to use or play with. everything is clean :) the hosts are also very friendly! good unit to book if you are looking for a house to stay with after going to the nearby amusement park or just a quiet place to relax.

Cheryl’s an amazing host. We were well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting GenTri. My cousins and I had fun with the karaoke all night. Place is accessible and peaceful. Will absolutely have plans to come back here in the future.

The unit was spacious, perfect for our group of 6. The comfort room was clean and truly comforting. We had a lovely stay overall, especially since my son celebrated his 10th birthday there. One small suggestion: it would be great if Ms. Karen could upgrade the kitchenware, especially for guests like us who love to cook. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you!

A decent place to stay in the heart of Muntinlupa close to Manila, local malls, and the airport. I enjoyed the property as it had its own private pool, restaurant, coffee shop, hair salon, and others. It’s walking distance to a Starbucks, bank, and grocery store. The property itself is guarded by security 24/7 so it’s relatively safe. The condominium itself was good and had everything you need for a short or long term stay. I wish the unit was more modern and newly renovated but it is a good and affordable option. The host and co-host are superb and answered questions quickly.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

The place is nice and the guys are very communicative all the time. The administration of the condo is just a little bit complicated.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient—right in the center of everything, making it easy to get around. The place was spotless and very secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. We loved that we could cook our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and having Netflix and a PS5 available was a huge bonus for relaxing at night. The cartoon and anime-themed wall added a fun and unique touch that made the space feel extra cozy and personal. The hot shower was perfect after a long day of exploring. Overall, a great experience—we’d definitely book again!

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.
