Apartment holiday rentals in New Alabang Village

I've stayed in couple of BnBs before and this is one of the best places I've booked. The place is clean and smelled so great which made my stay so relaxing. Hosts are very helpful and responsive and flexible to cater to requests which made it so convenient and stress-free for me. Will definitely stay here again.

We were highly satisfied with our stay at this condo. The unit was very well stocked, super clean, and we really liked the separate bedroom. Great location: Very convenient and walkable to many amenities. Across the street from Molito, Alabang Town Center and Westgate. (Restaurants and shopping). We’ve already recommended this place tp many of our friends.

Very nice place! An upgrade on the bed and wifi speed will make it a perfect place to stay at the area! Other than that, its NICE!

Jeff is always responsive with my inquiries and his infographics were really helpful. Checking in the unit is smooth and no inconveniences at all. The unit itself is clean, cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend!

The location was convenient and accessible, the place was very nice and clean and had most of the things you need provided. The hosts were very nice and accommodating will definitely comeback again!

Our overnight stay here was so great & i was very happy because there are 4 pillows & i need more pillows so that i wont feel my vertigo attack. And most of all Ms. Ericka is so responsive when i have inquiries. Thank u so much & will be back if we need again an airbnb.

I have no complaints… I’m a returning guest and this is where I intend to stay on all my future trips to Manila… the hosts are great, the unit is a good size and well equipped and its location is conveniently near the mall.

Place to relax and its not crowded

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

Highly recommended staycation place in Metro Manila!

This was my second time staying at Tan's place, and it definitely won’t be the last. Tan is a wonderful host—clear, responsive, and easy to talk to. The apartment is small, but it’s very clean and feels just like home. I appreciated the little touches that show thoughtfulness, like the disposable chopsticks, which I personally liked as someone who enjoys Chinese culture. On my first stay, I requested slippers, and by the second time, Tan had them ready for me—such a nice gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Absolutely worth every penny.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quick getaway . The host is nice and responsive . Room is clean and everything is worth the price .

MJ was responsive and accommodating. We had a problem with the early check in arrangements but it was sorted out. The place was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Walking distance to my husband’s office and food stalls.

This place is gorgeous! It is very cozy and spotless. We loved how they decorated the place, it feels like home. 😌 We had everything that we needed. What also attracted me to book this place was that the amenities were free including the parking. And the location too, making it easily accessible to the restaurants and shops. The host, Ms. Abigail was very friendly and responsive. She made sure that everything goes smoothly from check-in to check-out. The place was great and it only 500meters (or less) from the event I was attending during the weekend. From the photos, what you see is what you’d definitely get. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and it met our expectations. The only con would be the internet connection — as it was down for a bit but it was due to the telco’s signal in the area (which was out of the Host’s control for the Airbnb). I’d definitely recommend this place.

This is by far the best Airbnb I've ever used in Manila. The guest was so kind and the explanation was perfect, and he could speak Korean, so he had no communication problems. The bedding was so convenient, the terrace was nice and the view was nice. There was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient to use and the SM mall was close, so it was good to shop. The only bad thing is that it’s little difficult to take a grap. I'm planning to visit here again next time. See you soon Joseph

The place was great esthetically. the room has everything that we needed for our stay, kitchen utensils ,bathroom toiletries and comfortable bed. Ms. Jennifer was very friendly ,helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this condo for anyone. God bless your business 😍
