The host was very accommodating. The check-in was very smooth. The place is great for events since it is near Filinvest and other malls. The host was also helpful. I left my ID Card in the building and he insisted to drop by my office to return it. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very cozy homestay!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The place is super cute and has a warm, homey vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. You can tell a lot of care went into the decor and setup—it really felt like a home away from home. One of the best parts is how conveniently located it is. It’s close to everything—shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just a short walk or ride away, which made exploring the area so easy. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with lots of charm. Would definitely book again!

Aside from the location (real easy access, close to everything), the space is super pet-friendly. 🥹 no exposed cables, no small spaces to crawl into, and place was real minimalist and clean. recommended!!

Janelle was very accommodating! One of the best accommodations I have ever had when visiting Manila from Iloilo. I can't wait to come back and recommend her place to my colleagues. The place was really clean and smells so good. It's near fast food chains like McDonald's, Jollibee, Starbucks, Dunkin, 7 Eleven and etc. if you want a quick bite during wee hours. They are just a few walks away and visible from the room's window. The area is also easy to locate and the neighborhood is very nice with the right amount of peace and quite. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Janelle's place! Thank you so much!

overall the experience was great! everything was cleaned and organized. the owner was very helpful. he even helped us carry our luggages. wifi was strong but sometimes it is intermittent due to rhe repeater falling from the socket. a few minor observations though 1. the refrigerator is very small . can't even store a 6 gallon water. but if you're just staying for a night or 2, that shouldn't be a problem 2. also, the CR door scratches the floor making it very squeaky. other that those, the experience was excellent 👌

The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Staying at Sir Kris’s place was a fantastic experience! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Overall, I like the place. It was actually aesthetic. The photos she chose to post here aren't nice but the photos I took while staying there were great. I don't know where the restaurants are located. Maybe because it was too late when I came out. There's free water to drink so it's great. There's also free shampoo and conditioner. The host is responsive. I like the lightings. There's also a fridge and may laman sya. Baka binibenta n host. I'm not sure 😅

This place is 10/10. Extremely clean Location is right across Greenbelt The building def feels very safe, securities were very vigiland who comes in and out of the building. The bed is very comfortable. The whole apartment is fully equipped. Jules is very responsive whenever help is needed. Highly recommended if you’re in Manila.

It's was great staying at this place! Very quite good for reviewing (I booked this so I could review for my Law School Entrance Exam). However, the parking is kinda far like a 5-minute walk to building's entrance. But all in all, it was a nice experience :)

The place is tidy, complete appliances especially kitchen stuff. It is very great because the bedroom is separated from the kitchen and living room. Very relaxing as well and the host and co-host are responsive they proactively asking if we need some assistance. 10/10 and I would recommend the place, we’ll definitely book a staycation here again in the future. The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

We had an amazing and comfortable time staying at this property. The place is clean, full of character, and has an amazing view of the city that we enjoyed waking up to. It is very spacious and did not feel crowded with 8 guests. There are lots of things to do within walking distance of this place. We are thankful to Venica for being a great and accommodating host and we are keen to rent her property again if the opportunity arise.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location. I highly recommend this place. The airbnb hosts were also quick to respond for guest checkins as well as any concerns you have. Overall great place. Highly recommend.
