Villa holiday rentals in Nevada County

We had a fabulous time and the back yard / pool area was a perfect setting for my large bachelorette. It seemed the host was anxious about having a group our size (23 women) yet did not list anywhere a maximum number of guests on the listing. It seemed we earned their trust through the stay though. Initially it felt awkward to have to text the host for things like turning on the hot tub or outdoor lights or pool slide, but they were pretty fast in response time and it ended up feeling pretty easy. Wish the kitchen would have had more kitchen towels, seems maybe not set up for full on dinner party use - but they did bring trash bags and replace the outside grill upon our request, which was impressive. Overall a positive experience! The grotto was lots of fun - we never left the property all weekend.

This home was such a great place for our family (with two young kids) to stay. The yard is so beautiful and peaceful, the home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home, though it was also quite walkable into town. Really the pictures don’t do it justice! We’ll definitely stay here again! Also Bob and Ann were super responsive if anything came up… thanks!

Very clean and all the sheets and towels still smelled like detergent. They had new appliances and the hot tub was on and ready to use. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

This was my 3rd time at this cabin. I’ve stayed here solo and with family. Every time I wish I’d booked a longer stay. The cabin is well off the main road so it’s very peaceful and secluded. The house is always clean and comfortable but I spend most of my time at the pond. I’ve caught small fish but last time saw a HUGE bass! Spent hours trying to catch it with no luck, but there are definitely big fish in there. I also saw other wild life including an otter. Even being secluded, the cabin is short drive to Nevada city and Grass Valley in case you want to explore. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Ben and his team went above and beyond to make our stay at the Hart House incredibly cozy and relaxing. The home had everything we could possibly need, from super comfortable beds to a beautifully curated space surrounded by stunning nature and charming wildlife. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. My only small note is that I couldn’t locate the first aid kit when I needed a Band-Aid—but honestly, that’s such a minor thing in an otherwise perfect getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and I’d recommend this Airbnb to anyone! Thank you, Ben!

The place is tucked away in the mountains and is in it’s own little valley. Very peaceful location and the pond is full of fish. A great place to get away! There were a group of 3-4 bears close by in the area calling at each other while we were there, but the bears never got close to the property. My gf and I had a lovely time here.

The two houses were perfect for a large family getaway. The kitchens were the most stocked I've ever seen in an airbnb with great supplies and cooking equipment. The hot tub is brand new and amazing and all of the beds were comfortable and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. I really enjoyed the openness of the living room and kitchen area. I also really enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. I really liked the comforter set I got to sleep with. Overall It was a great place to stay! I highly recommend it!

This villa is in the heart of the foothills surrounded by nature. Its deck is perfect to take in the views, the home is beautiful and plenty of space for several guest. Host description of beds/rooms is accurate. We loved the little theater in back, asked for karaoke but didn’t have a chance to use but LOVED this option. Host is very responsive, willing to work out any issue or concern. If you’re looking for a large family or friend gathering in a quiet peaceful nature setting this is the place!! Warning you lose cell service before arriving at home, WiFi was great very fast just be aware to load address ahead of time and use internet for calls.

This was a panicked booking after a last minute cancellation 4 days before our daughter’s wedding. This turned out to be a blessing. Summer got back to us immediately, she was very flexible, friendly and responsive. The property and house are STUNNING. We had the entire female bridal party there getting ready and there was plenty of room~ Everyone was blow away with how spacious, clean and gorgeous the property was. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the property and the hot tub~ Summer and her property ensured that our wedding weekend was stress free and relaxing. We highly recommend Summer and her gorgeous and clean property!!

Not our first time and still loving it! Brian is the best host I found on Airbnb and his apartment is just amazing. Couldn’t recommend more.
