Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Nevada County

The cabin was clean and had an open floorplan. Easy to find. A short 12 minute drive to Tahoe Donner ski resort. The cabin provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

This turned out to be one of our favorite Truckee rentals! My family loved all the kid’s toys and backyard equipment. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. Highly recommend, especially for families.

The location was lovely and peaceful, and the home overall was a nice spot for a short stay. The jacuzzi was a great perk, and we found the beds and sofa very comfortable. The master bathroom was especially well done. As a fellow Airbnb host, I did notice some areas that could use improvement—particularly the kitchen, which could have been cleaner and better stocked with basic cooking essentials. There were also expired pantry items and old food left in the freezer. We had a bit of trouble with the entry keypad, but Vacasa responded quickly and was helpful when we reached out.

Definitely our future home for future stays. Beyond impressed with the beauty of the home and surroundings. We did not want to leave! If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would. Would recommend to everyone! See you soon!!

What a great place! It is clean and modern, and very thorough and detailed instructions were provided. Our host was very responsive and helpful, especially when the weather and travels seemed daunting. It’s in a great location with great amenities and comfortable beds and furniture. We hope to return again in the future!

A few friends and I stayed here for a wedding. It was perfect for the five of us (two couples and a single) to rest and recharge. We absolutely loved the space and the property.

Spacious and lovely home. I was worried the wifi would be spotty, but we had no trouble. I would recommend having extra guest towels and regular coffee. Patio furniture for the decks would have been lovely too. Other than that, I would stay again. The private hot tub was heaven after returning from the lake. There are two living room areas and multiple bathrooms. Thank you for hosting my family! We will likely revisit.

Good stay for the price, I would stay again. Nice quiet dead end street. Beautiful oak trees. Enjoyed walking in the park. Large dining hall with computer desk. Close to town, but still quiet. There’s 2 park gates across the street, one in each direction. But beware of the many large dogs often off leash inside the park. I appreciated not having an attached kitchen to the room, it made the room extra quiet (mini fridges buzzing in hotel rooms can be loud). I’m autistic and my nervous system could actually rest here. Soft bed. It is community living and sound travels, it was minimal but sometimes temporarily annoying. Some furniture was worn down but adequately covered. For women staying here: there are no deadbolts or security locks aside from the keypad, and the room door to the hallway opens outwards so an extra hotel security lock won’t work here.

Great stay in general. Location is good, everything is clean. Some mentioned the location is hard to find, but we just navigated using the provided address (with unit number) and we were able to find the unit without issues. The only issue is that one bathroom bathtub sink was a bit clogged but we found out the second night so it didn’t bother us much. We informed Vacasa and hopefully it will get fixed soon

good spot to stay close to the lake. few minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurant. the living room is big and kitchen well equipped. it is great that they have a pack and play and a high chair for kid.

It was really great experience staying at Evolve’s place, we love the interior design and structure, the small extra study room was nice really. Hope we have another chance to stay again in the future!

This was our second stay in this condo, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. It is beautifully designed, very conveniently located, perfectly furnished and equipped, and truly meets all of our family's needs. We love Northstar and this condo and hope to return for a third visit!
