Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

Apartments "Ferien am Rhein" in Neuwied-Engers (near Koblenz and Andernach) on the romantic Rhine. The three apartments are located in a 1617 built and listed half-timbered house on the Rhine. The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the monument protected ensemble of castle and master's house (Landesmusikakademie). In the historic basement of 1371 you can find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein". The house was fundamentally renovated from 2014-2016.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen.
