Apartment holiday rentals in Neutral Bay

We had an amazing time in this apartment. The view was phenomenal!! Loved the set up of the living room with the swivel chairs that could face out to the ocean view. This apartment made our time in Sydney, very relaxing and peaceful. A perfect oasis.

We came down from the country and this was very easy to find, very clean and peaceful with a lovely view of the harbour, harbour Bridge and vivid lights. Liu was a pleasure to deal with. the place was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was clean and description was accurate. The balcony was lovely to bird watch. The location was great and very close to north Sydney CBD. I’d definitely stay here again

Our stay in Kurraba Point was awesome! The view of the Harbour is amazing, and it's just a short walk to the Kurraba Point Wharf, making it super easy to get around without a car. Brendan is a great host, very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend.

This was my second stay at Myrtle’s place, and I was not disappointed. I really appreciated the extra clean towels and the washer and dryer. Having the instruction manuals for appliances was helpful, too. Checking out was a breeze!

We had a lovely time. The apartment was well equipped and super clean. The view was 10/10 and we would highly recommend to others. We would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing stay at Ben’s apartment. The views over the Sydney skyline were spectacular. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was very clean and had many designer appliances and furniture. Parking was extremely convenient as well. Ben was very helpful and responsive, would definitely stay again!

This property needs to describe the access to potential customers. We arrive from the USA late Sunday night after a long haul flight from the USA so where jet lagged and tired. It was raining and the Uber dropped us on the main road with 9 pieces of luggage totaling 130kg (we are moving back from the States) and we had no idea we needed to get everything down the very steep driveway and then up 3 flights of stairs. It really pushed us to or physical limit and for some people they would have not been able to actually get their luggage up into the apartment. We searched all the Airbnb descriptions and could not find any reference to these logistics... Once inside the apartment it was beautiful and we relaxed for the rest of the week but dreaded getting our luggage out again!

This place exceeded my expectations. I had one small issue at the start and the Emily brought me a small gift for the inconvenience and came to correct the issue immediately. Unfortunately, I needed to leave early due to a family emergency and she offered to refund me the money for my stay even though she didn’t have to. Genuinely such good people and the place was amazing. They had every appliance I could think of and plenty of space to store my things. I was here working in Australia for 3 months and it was exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from the city but only 10-15 minutes away from the city center and bondi beach, then this is perfect for you. I could not recommend this place more. I stayed in another Airbnb very close by the first month I arrived while I waited for this one to be available. This place felt more like home. Also it is very easy to clean which is important to me for long stays.

Caroline is an amazing host. It was a next level experience staying at her gorgeous apartment and she was a pleasure to deal with. 5 star rating is not sufficient enough to describe the whole experience we’ve had. The space is even more stunning than the photos – beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We cannot wait to stay there again on our next trip to Oz.

One of the best Airbnbs that I have ever stayed at. Super clean and safe. The aquarium with the beautiful fish was an added bonus. Plenty of green tea and cookies. Cooking facilities, an 8 minute walk to the train and Sydney Harbor bridge. BM was always responsive. He let me check in early as well as a late check out. I would not hesitate to stay here again

The place was as described and a beautiful area! Tho host was responsive with easy to find keys and great parking! Just be careful if you have a low and/or wide vehicle as car park access can be tricky. The place was clean and well kept with some slight mould on the roof in the bedroom and bathroom. Easy close access to the ferry wharf to get to circular quay. We would stay again.

1 bedroom apartment with well appointed kitchen. Light & bright with nice aspect. Brilliant position just minutes walk into Potts Point cafes, shops & market & easy walk through the Botanical Gardens to the Opera House & onto Circular Quay. Kitchen basics supplied & good pod coffee machine. Was able to both checkin early & check out after the usually time which made depositing suitcases & enjoying our last morning there possible. Fabulous rooftop pool with BBQ & entertaining area which unfortunately the weather & timing meant we were not able to use. Pool towels supplied. Extra bathroom towels supplied & comfortable bed & linen. We had a terrific stay.

I wanted to enjoy great views of Sydney including Opera House during vivid sydney. It was awesome and even looked unreal. I am very satisfied Suzanna's proactive communication as well as clear instructions. I had no issue to access to the room and the parking.

A magical location in Kirribilli. A short walk to restaurants, groceries, cafes and public transit. A very quiet and peaceful location and a beautiful outlook from the back patio. I took multiple trains and ferries while staying there and it just felt so quick and easy to get pretty much anywhere in the city from this apartment. I would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed my third stay at Sofia’s place during my month in Aus. I originally booked another place for my final few days as Sofia’s was booked but the other place was a nightmare and luckily Sofia had a last minute cancellation and was able to fit me in. She let me drop off bags early and arranged the cleaning quickly so I could check in as soon as possible. She even put my food items in the fridge for me. A great host and wonderful home from home apartment in a friendly neighbourhood with everything close at hand and great transport links. Would stay again. Thanks so much for a great few stays.

It is a very good location in Chastwood, Richard is very responsive and checking in is very smooth. Appreciate that Richard let us have a late check out. The car-parking spot is a bit tricky, need a bit time to park properly, but still better comparing with hotel car parking, as you got your own car parking spot. Overall, it is a nice stay, we will be back in future.

Fredericos home was wonderful! The balcony and views are amazing and the location is fab. We managed to lock our phone in the house as we were leaving and Frederico was so helpful in us getting back in!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. We came for a long weekend from Canberra with our kids. It turned out that Vivid was on and you could see some displays from the apartment balcony. John was very helpful, responsive and attentive, great host
