Great hospitality, both from a distance and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and due to the location on the outskirts of the village to field and pond also mega for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. Direct access from the garden to the field ensures stress-free walks. Thank you, we will definitely come back! 😊

We had a really great time in the house – it was just everything you need, super clean and totally lovingly furnished. The location is a dream: absolutely quiet, in the middle of ponds and forest - ideal for relaxing. Communication with Caroline and Alexander was also super uncomplicated and pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

Beautiful accommodation for many people, especially suitable for family celebrations! We have rarely stayed in such a well-appointed AirBnB. Especially for the children, there were all kinds of play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The fantastic large garden invites you to linger in the summer or to relax in the evening. It really felt like home. There are pizzerias and ice cream parlors nearby, and also a lot to explore. We will definitely be back!

Great house with a lot of charm - a nice mix of old and modern. Everything you need is available, we especially liked that the little ones were thought of and everything from safety gates to baby chairs is available. The area is super quiet and the garden a dream - we felt very comfortable!

A lovely cottage with a large terrace and a nice garden. There is everything you need. The nearby canal invites you to take wonderful walks in nature. We explored the Schwarzachklamm, the Sophienquelle and the Happurger reservoir. We and our dog enjoyed it very much. Exactly the recovery and deceleration we were looking for. A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Despite very short notice booking, Louie did everything possible to make sure we had a nice time. We especially enjoyed the great garden with pool :)

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

Many thanks to Kateryna and Maxim for the great accommodation! We were as a group 4 days in Nuremberg at the German Choir Festival and had everything we needed. Yes, you can hear the street and the train in the background, but the area is extremely quiet for a city location. Beautiful residential area. No problem, more cars can be parked for free on the street. Due to construction site, about 10 min to the subway, then 10 min to the city center. Right, the apartment is older and therefore quite noisy, but we were only there to sleep anyway and it did not bother us. House key available via key box. So we could also go home separately. Refrigerator has no freezer compartment, in case anyone needs one. Coffee + machines are available in different types.

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - these were our highlights! Another important thing: the pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighbor's cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

Great stay! Most of all, we enjoyed the great location right on the river with the many water birds. You could even see cranes. And the sauna was great - especially because it rained every now and then. You'll love looking out of the cozy, warm sauna window! The furnishings are also perfect! Unfortunately, we did not have matches for the existing candle. A clear recommendation from us !

We had a great time in Claudia's beautiful apartment! The location by the lake is wonderfully idyllic and the apartment is very modern and tastefully furnished. Everything we needed was there. We were guests at Herbert and his family's over the Pentecost weekend (we had contact with Franzi :)) and felt very welcome from the beginning. Everyone was extremely hospitable, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The accommodation was nice, tidy, very bright and friendly – you can tell that a lot of attention to detail is paid here. We would like to emphasize the cleanliness - everything was really very clean and well maintained. The area is ideal for nature lovers. There are many beautiful paths for walks, which we have used extensively with our dog. He was also warmly welcomed, which was a big plus for us. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the accommodation!

A perfect apartment for a nice weekend in the tranquil Bad Windsheim, which is very well located if you arrive by train. It is very clean, well equipped, we were very satisfied and can recommend the apartment. P.S.: The curtains are good, so the glass front does not detract from a cozy stay.

The furnishings and equipment (ventilation system, blackout, kitchen, bathroom objects, etc.) are all very high quality and well maintained.
