Holiday rentals with a patio in Neukölln

Schöne Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen. Für uns und unsere zwei kleinen Kinder gut ausgestattet und ziemlich sauber. Spielplatz vor der Tür, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind verbesserungsfähig: Für 4 Personen sollten auch 4 Stühle am Tisch vorhanden sein. Es gab insgesamt nur 4 Gläser und z.B. keinen Korkenzieher / Kellnermesser. Für Menschen die es gern Dunkel im Schlafzimmer haben nicht geeignet da keine außen Rollos vorhanden. Die Vorhänge sind leider nur zu 90 Prozent Lichtdicht was in Kombination mit den zahlreichen Straßenlaternen vor der Tür störend sein kann.

Appartamento molto luminoso e circondato dal verde, in una zona tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. Holger è stato molto gentile a fornirci anche il seggiolone e il lettino per la nostra bimba, ed è stato molto flessibile con gli orari sia di check-in sia di check-out. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. The place was beautiful, with easy access to the lake, and we had a wonderful and relaxing time there. Thank you so much Martin! I wish you all the best and happiness wherever you are. Photos in listing aren’t of the unit stayed in. Pierre was upfront about that before confirming booking and supplied a video of actual unit. It’s a fantastic place and exactly as shown in the video. Very clean. Very comfortable.

Gezellig appartement op een perfecte locatie om Berlijn te ontdekken. Heel fijne buurt met restaurantjes en cafeetjes. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer, trein en S-bahn. Goede communicatie met Dörte. Aan te bevelen. Wij komen graag terug!

Magdalenas lejlighed ligger rigtig godt for S-banen og den ligger tæt på et kvarter med mange cafeer og restauranter. Fra lejligheden er der udsigt til en gård og grønne områder. Vi var glade for at være i lejligheden, og den passede perfekt som udgangspunkt for at opleve Berlin. Vi kommer der gerne igen.

We stayed for two weeks while visiting family. It was the perfect place -- clean, quiet, lovely spaces and delightful garden views. Many fine shops and restaurants and a very good grocery store are about a 12-minute walk. The S3 U-bahn runs into the city centre, ant it's also a 12-minute walk. We've already booked a return trip! Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Rande eines Waldgebietes und mit Nähe zu dem See. Man durchschreitet erst einen naturbelassenen Garten, in dem diverse Ruheplätze vorhanden sind. Besonders schön ist die Paletten-Chill-Out- Ecke direkt neben dem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Häuschen landet man sogleich in dem offenen Wohnbereich, in dessen Mitte der Kamin steht, für den ordentlich viel Holz zurVerfügung steht. Über eine steile kleine Treppe gelangt man dann in den oberen Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wozu u. a. auch die Saunanutzungsmöglichkeit beigetragen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, weisen aber auch darauf hin, dass es von Vorteil wäre, über einen fahrbaren Unterstützung zu verfügen, da sie sich schon etwas abseits befindet.

The home was perfect for a vacation to the outskirts of Berlin. we stayed with a group of six. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the patio outside and the neighborhood was beautiful and family oriented. Highly recommended.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles neue renoviert, in einer ruhigen Lage. Ca. 45 min von Berlin Innenstadt entfernt, auch super erreichbar. Vermieter war immer gut erreichbar. Flexible Check in Zeiten nach Rücksprache. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, gerne wieder.

Wir haben 6 wunderschöne Tage verbracht in Cathleen's Ferienhaus. Es liegt herrlich ruhig in einem schönem Wohnviertel ein paar Gehminuten entfernt zum Strandbad. Der Garten ist eine Idylle, und Robby bzw Schaf, der Rasenmäher, sorgt für einen sehr schönen Rasen. Wir haben täglich Gebrauch gemacht von der Terrasse entweder am Tisch oder auf der bequemen Lounge. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Auch unserem Vierbeiner hat es hier äusserst gut gefallen.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

Jill heeft een super leuk huis op de 4e verdieping. We voelde ons er meteen thuis. De buurt is geweldig en op loopafstand is de tram trein metro en bus zodat je heel de stad kan ontdekken. Er zijn alleen geen verduisterende gordijnen daarom deden wij slaapmaskers op. Het bed is heerlijk en de douche heeft ook een goede straal. Hele fijne tijd gehad, dank je wel Jilli!

We loved this apartment. Very serene interior. Loved the light and space. Lots of living space. Good facilities and a wonderful kitchen.

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!

Wir haben zu dritt ein paar Tage in Olafs Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig, hell und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist gut gepflegt und funktioniert wunderbar. Dass es zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer gibt, ist sehr angenehm. Die zwei Terrassen am Wohn- und Gästezimmer und die große Dachterrasse sind sehr schön. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist sehr gut, man hat nur wenige Meter zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle zu laufen, die S-Bahn in der Warschauerstraße und am Ostkreuz ist auch gut erreichbar. Das Check-in war ganz problemlos. Olaf ist ein sehr freundlicher, präziser und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er war immer gut erreichbar, was wir aber im Grunde gar nicht oft in Anspruch nehmen mussten, da es überhaupt keine Probleme gab. Vielen Dank!
