A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Matthias hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab vor Ort wirklich alles was wir brauchten, zB in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anbindung zu dem Haus ist wirklich gut, vom Berliner Zentrum ist man mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus schnell beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Ich kann Susannes Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der ein künstlerisches Herz hat. Das Studio ist im Hinterhof gelegen und von daher sehr ruhig. Vor der Haustür sind alle notwendigen Läden fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Akazienstr sind zudem nette Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Susanne ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, offen, herzlich und sehr sympathisch. Ich komme auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder und freue mich schon drauf. Super empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Rande eines Waldgebietes und mit Nähe zu dem See. Man durchschreitet erst einen naturbelassenen Garten, in dem diverse Ruheplätze vorhanden sind. Besonders schön ist die Paletten-Chill-Out- Ecke direkt neben dem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Häuschen landet man sogleich in dem offenen Wohnbereich, in dessen Mitte der Kamin steht, für den ordentlich viel Holz zurVerfügung steht. Über eine steile kleine Treppe gelangt man dann in den oberen Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wozu u. a. auch die Saunanutzungsmöglichkeit beigetragen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, weisen aber auch darauf hin, dass es von Vorteil wäre, über einen fahrbaren Unterstützung zu verfügen, da sie sich schon etwas abseits befindet.

Ik verbleef met mijn vrouw en twee dochters een week in de woning van Andrea. Vanuit de woning van Andrea loop je in 10 minuten naar het station van Köpenick en van daaruit ben je in minder dan 25 minuten met de trein in hartje Berlijn. De woning van Andrea ligt in een zeer rustige en groene wijk. Parkeren met de auto kan voor de deur. Het was altijd prettig om na een drukke dag in Berlijn met veel indrukken terug te komen in een oase van rust. Het contrast kon niet groter zijn. De drukte in Berlijn en de rust in Köpenick. een heerlijke tuinkamer en een heerlijke tuin waar wij van hebben genoten. Op 5 minuten lopen ligt de kleine en gezellige Biergarten am Köpenicker Hof waar je lekker een biertje kan doen. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, was mooi schoon en fris, waarbij de communicatie met Andrea prettig en vlot verliep. Een zeer mooie en gezellige uitvalsbasis op Berlijn te bezoeken.

Hans-Joachim hat uns direkt begrüßt und herzlich empfangen. Super lieber Gastgeber. Das Haus ist ein Traum, der Pool und jacuzzi einfach ein perfekter ruhiger Ort zum entspannen. Wir waren auf Geschäftsreise gleichzeitig haben wir unsere Flitterwochen verbunden. Kann und werd ich jedem nur empfehlen. Das Pool und der Garten ist von den Seiten komplett undurchschaubar. Einfach wohlfühlen☺️

Das Haus, in dem wir für eine Nacht übernachtet haben, war sehr bequem und befand sich in einer ruhigen, angenehmen Gegend. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Vielen Dank!

Great flat for a long weekend city break with my son. Alex was super responsive, proactive with the sleeping arrangements and generous with an early check-in/ late checkout. The flat is really peaceful, spotles,and feels secure with inner communal courtyard access. Great, vibrant neighbourhood, Would definitely visit again.

Cornelius ist ein super engagierter Host! Er antwortet schnell und kommuniziert proaktiv Dinge, die eventuell in einer Beschreibung übersehen werden. Super entgegenkommend und hier stimmt Preisleistung von Anfang bis Ende. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Beautiful gracious apartment in a delightful part of Berlin - the best kitchen we have ever seen - characterful and impeccably furnished rooms. Wide tree-lined street with restaurants and families and a market. We are dreaming of spending a month here living in Berlin.

My friend and I spent a lovely birthday weekend at this apartment. The place is beautiful. The kitchen and balcony especially nice lighting and vibes. The neighborhood was fun and Valerie is a gem. If this is available, book it!

Wir waren zum Städtetrip in Berlin. Es war eine ruhige am Stadtrand von Berlin gelegene Wohnung die sehr schön und sauber war. Die nächste S-Bahnstation war in ca. 15 min. zu erreichen. Es war alles da was man brauchte , vom Handtuch über bezogene Betten , Shampoo, Duschgel, Spültabs … sogar Getränke waren im Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung hat eine super Aussicht zum Flughafen BER. Uns hat es richtig Spaß gemacht den kommenden und startenden Flugzeugen zuzusehen. Es ist sehr ruhig trotz Flughafen in de Nähe. Alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden.

Great place in the heart of Neukoln. Lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars right out the door and easy to get around and see Berlin. The place was clean and decorated in a beautiful way. Would definitely stay here again!

Gundula studio apartment was in a fabulous location, easy access to all the Berlin landmarks and tourist attractions. A short walk to local restaurants, the metro, trams and buses. The apartment was very nice and matched the description in the listing. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Gundula is a great communicator and check in/checkout was very easy. Highly recommended.

Nous avons eu la chance d’être accueillis par Ellen à notre arrivée à Berlin. Elle est une bonne ambassadrice de la ville : enthousiaste et généreuse dans ses conseils et bonnes adresses, fort judicieuses! Le quartier est très agréable à découvrir et demeure près des transports. L’appartement est spacieux. Charmant avec ses plantes et sa terrasse! Le tout d’une propreté impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement!

A stunning apartment in a great location. Walkable to the trams and bus stops. Clean and airy with good facilities. We loved the roof top terrace and the indoor pool. Great for self catering with high quality equipment. If we had any questions, Marga was prompt to respond and even came up to help with the oven. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay, the weather was fantastic so we could sit outside on the wonderful deck. We were able to walk to local museums and S and U Bahn station very easily. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you’d need. Great comfortable bed ! We had fantastic local recommendations for local restaurants. Communication at all stages was so easy as was check in. Would recommend!

Bei Frank in der Wohnung zu sein, ist immer wieder etwas Besonderes. Die Lage im alten Westen ist perfekt – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Gedächtniskirche, dem Kurfürstendamm und zur U-Bahn. Der Motzstraßenkiez hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme: lebendig, offen, vielfältig und historisch gewachsen. Am nahen Prager Platz schrieb Erich Kästner „Emil und die Detektive“ – das verleiht dem Viertel eine besondere Atmosphäre mit literarischem Flair. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern – stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Franks Sinn für Ästhetik schafft eine warme, einladende Umgebung, in der man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Alles ist gepflegt, hochwertig ausgestattet und praktisch zugleich. Die Kommunikation mit ihm ist herzlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass er mit echter Freude Gastgeber ist. Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Absolute Empfehlung von mir!

Super Unterkunft! Großzügig geschnitten, mit zwei Bädern. Ich finde, dass die Wohnung in echt sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos ist! Ich will nochmal da unterkommen und habe sie schon an Freund:innen weiterempfohlen. <3

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

We loved staying at Dan and Robert‘s apartment. It was meticulously clean and visually stimulating. We enjoyed watching the action on the street from the fourth floor. Surprisingly, the apartment is very quiet for an urban location. All the furnishings were comfortable and absolutely everything worked. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and laid out. The hosts were always extremely responsive and welcoming. Robert gave us excellent gallery recommendations and we so appreciated his expertise. We absolutely loved our one month stay in this splendid department. There is great transit, wonderful restaurants, groceries, excellent coffee, shops within easy walking distance. Prenzlauerberg is a magical place with lots of street trees, interesting shopping, excellent dining, and a very nice vibe. We would highly recommend this apartment to anybody on a visit to Berlin. It’s exceptional. Don’t hesitate to book this unique and visually attractive apartment.

A perfect place for first time visit to Berlin with family. All rooms spacious, comfortable beds and pillows, great internet. It’s central to all tourist attractions. The only item to be aware of is the street gets loud early on during the weekdays (starting about 6am) so if you’re sleeping with door open facing the street prepare to wear earplugs if noise bothers you (or stay in one of the two back bedrooms). We very much enjoyed spending time on the balcony :)
