This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. Stay in a waterfront loft with your own kayak

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 square meters on a total of two levels with open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with fantastic location and private boat dock. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available free of charge on the 55" UHD SmartTV. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-seater kayak.

"Haus An der Wiese" 2 parking lots Garden use

The bright, Scandinavian-style cottage is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Ore Mountains, 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz, the Capital of Culture 2025 and 200 m next to a cycle path, which leads in both directions through a lot of nature to the surrounding towns. There is space for 4 people. The terrace overlooking the romantic garden invites you to have breakfast, barbecue and chill out. For storing/charging e-bikes or motorcycles, a garage is available by arrangement.

Apartment in a top location between city forest and river!

The modern and comfortable apartment for up to four guests was renovated and equipped to a high standard in December 2017. A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All pictures hung in the apartment are originals by local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! A fully automatic washer-dryer will be purchased for the next rental of 1 month or longer.

Sehr funktionale, aber wohnliche Einrichtung aus modernen und natürlichen Elementen: Eichenholzdielen, Werkstattofen, Infrarotheizung, Schlafmatratzen im Spitzboden, durchdachtes Lichtkonzept. Zwei SUPs warten auf dich, um den Geiseltalsee zu erkunden. Das festliegende Boot ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Abenteuer und Erholung – auf dem Wasser und doch komfortabel wie ein kleines Zuhause.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Small house on the big lake

The house offers a spacious kitchen on about 50 m2, with a large stove and great amenities, the living room with an electric fireplace and the magnificent view over the lake, invites you to dream and relax. Outside there is a grill corner and a small garden for sunbathing or playing. The car park is located directly at the house.
