Since 2025, the city of Markkleeberg has levied an accommodation tax of 5%, which is shown here as a "fee for other services".

I rent out a large barrier-free 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south balcony and great views of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building. The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious holiday home is situated in a quiet location directly on Lake Hain and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
