Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to the Stuttgart trade fair/airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Holiday house in the middle of the Black Forest, about 8km from Freudenstadt. Ideal for both nature lovers and hiking people, as well as families who want to enjoy peace and quiet. Starting point for great excursions (Europapark Rust, Strasbourg and Alsace, Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe, etc.) or hikes and leisure activities nearby. The Black Forest National Park is a few minutes away by car, and a wolf and bear park are also within easy reach.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
