Holiday rentals with a patio in Neuenhagen

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

As described! Responsive owner, plenty activity possibilities like fitness, pottery, strolls along the lake. A travel cot was provided making it a comfortable get away with our baby.

I stayed at this lovely place for a week, in that time Anica and maxim were both extremely friendly and helpful. They left us to it yet we felt right at home. It was an absolute pleasure staying at their air bnb, everything was extremely easy to use and had everything I needed for my whole stay. Very nice quiet location just outside the centre of Berlin. Meaning after a busy day on your feet exploring the city you can head back to relax and unwind in peace. Couldn’t recommend them both enough. Once again thank-you for an amazing pleasant stay. Mein Aufenthalt bei Lena war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur äußerst sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch hervorragend ausgestattet. Lena war eine unglaublich herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich sehr bemüht hat, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und schnell. Auf kleine Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist auch echt gut, man hat Ruhe und trotzdem hat man alles, was man brauchte, in der Nähe (Lidl, etc.). Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann Lenas Airbnb wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und haben uns in Haus, Garten, großer Terrasse und besonders am Badesteg sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Peetzsee hat eine hervorragende Wasserqualität zum Schwimmen. Die Gegend ist toll zum Wandern und Radeln und es gibt gute Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Friedrich und Marlitt mit Vincent haben uns freundlich empfangen und alle Wünsche erfüllt. Tolle, kleine Wohnung. Von der Größe her ideal für drei Personen. Sehr sauber und vor allem sehr ruhig (hätte ich vorher nicht gedacht) obwohl mittendrin gelegen. 😉 Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war super. Alles neu und modern und vor allen Dingen sehr sauber. Das Bad ist klasse und die Betten waren erstaunlich gut. Der Gastgeber John ist auch super nett, immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind vor der Wohnung auf der Straße vorhanden (für Berlin sogar relativ viel) und mit etwas Glück und Geduld findet man eigentlich immer etwas. Ich kann John und seine kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen, wenn ich mit meiner Familie in Berlin bin.

Really enjoyed staying in Lucia's Airbnb. It is in an excellent location with lots to do in the immediate area while also being just a few minutes from a u-bahn station and supermarkets. The apartment is beautifully decorated and was the perfect place to stay while visiting Berlin.

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser besonderen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Rande eines Waldgebietes und mit Nähe zu dem See. Man durchschreitet erst einen naturbelassenen Garten, in dem diverse Ruheplätze vorhanden sind. Besonders schön ist die Paletten-Chill-Out- Ecke direkt neben dem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Häuschen landet man sogleich in dem offenen Wohnbereich, in dessen Mitte der Kamin steht, für den ordentlich viel Holz zurVerfügung steht. Über eine steile kleine Treppe gelangt man dann in den oberen Schlafbereich. Alles war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wozu u. a. auch die Saunanutzungsmöglichkeit beigetragen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, weisen aber auch darauf hin, dass es von Vorteil wäre, über einen fahrbaren Unterstützung zu verfügen, da sie sich schon etwas abseits befindet.

The home was perfect for a vacation to the outskirts of Berlin. we stayed with a group of six. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the patio outside and the neighborhood was beautiful and family oriented. Highly recommended.

Surely one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had! Nice place to stay to feel yourself peaceful in nature. Cozy guest house. Ozgur is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my weekend there! Highly recommended :)

We always enjoy staying here. The beds are comfortable and there is space to chill. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal. There is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs if the weather is good enough to eat outside.

Wir haben das Haus mit einer Feeundesgruppe aus sechs Personen für eine Woche gebucht. Die Lage mit eigenem Seezugang ist ein absolutes Highlight. Das Hauses ist groß und geräumig und grade wenn man mal mehr als nur ein paar Tage als Gruppe verreist, kann man sich auch mal gut zurückziehen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Eine Sache, die wir schade fanden, war, dass im großen Wohnbereich nur drei gemütliche Sessel auf sechs Personen kamen, sodass die Hälfte von uns immer auf den Esszimmerstühlen hat sitzen müssen. Aber das ist ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, wenn es den Namen überhaupt verdient hat - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind selten in einem derart tollen Ferienhaus gewesen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles neue renoviert, in einer ruhigen Lage. Ca. 45 min von Berlin Innenstadt entfernt, auch super erreichbar. Vermieter war immer gut erreichbar. Flexible Check in Zeiten nach Rücksprache. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, gerne wieder.

Amazing place to stay if you’re traveling by car to the Berlin area. The house has everything you need with a big garden around the house. The house has AC on the main and first floor. Nice shower and kitchen. It’s a 45 min drive to Berlin city center. There are two Netto supermarkets across the road one with a 350kwh ev charger. Parking is free across the road. There’s a shopping mall next to the village. A Tesla supercharger is 5-10 min drive from the place. Only point of attention for travelers is the stairs to the bedroom. It’s pretty small and a bit hard to manoeuvre when it’s dark and you want to get to the toilet on the main floor. Make sure to get some light because I banged my shoulder a couple of times because the flooring is extended a bit over the stairwell. All was well and we had a great stay.

Richtig tolles Haus, man spürt sofort, dass es mit Herz und Seele saniert wurde. Durch zusammenlegen mehrere Räume ist ein heller großer Wohnbereich geschaffen worden, in dem man sich auch bei schlechten Wetter gut aufhalten kann. Wunderschöner Garten, sehr liebevoll und aufwändig gestaltet, mit ganz vielen verschiedenen Bereichen zum verweilen. Ideal auch für Kinder. Die Gastgeberin war auch immer erreichbar, sehr flexibel mit unserem Checkin und den sich ändernden Buchungtagen Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen hoffentlich auch mal wieder.

Tja, was soll man dazu schreiben? Übernachten in einer überaus geschmackvoll renovierten Villa. Techn. auf dem neuesten Stand - mit allem Komfort (…und zurück) eingerichtet. Liebevoll ausgestattet mit tollen Details. Leider konnten wir aus Zeitmangel gar nicht alle Annehmlichkeiten in Anspruch nehmen. Besonders schön ist die Möglichkeit morgens mit einer Tasse Kaffee den Tag auf der Terrasse zu beginnen!! Anja & Markus sind super herzlich, kommunikativ und stets ansprechbar. Alles in allem: Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit außergewöhnlichen Gastgebern.

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Great place to stay at when you want to visit Berlin. House is spotless and has plenty of kitchen supplies and coffee (Tassimo system and filter coffee machine) and tea. Nice modern interior and amenities. Fast WiFi and plenty of recommendations from the super friendly hosts about things to do and where to eat. Supermarkets in 3 mins walk, house is next to a play yard and plenty of food places nearby (excellent kabab place too). Private parking spot makes it easy to bring the car and visit the area nearby as well as Berlin. Area is very calm. Can recommend Annett’s home for any visit to the Berlin area!

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
