Our cozyly furnished apartment with approx. 50sqm is suitable for 1-4 persons. It is a detached apartment in a detached house with private entrance, private terrace and a parking space in front of the house. In two minutes you will be at the edge of the forest shops for everyday needs are within walking distance and/or in a few minutes' drive, in the neighboring village about 4 km away there is an organic shop. This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. The apartment with beautiful views is located directly on the edge of the forest in the beautiful Black Forest town of Calmbach. There is a bedroom with a bed, an extra room with a sofa bed, a small kitchen with seating, a living room and a shower. We are happy to provide a cot/crib. The apartment is accessible through a separate entrance. Outside there is a terrace with seating area. We live in the house ourselves, but leave the guests any peace :-)

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheimer City. Everything you need is right outside the door.
