Quartier tranquille à 10 min à pied de la gare et des rues commerçantes. Bus à deux pas et parking zone bleue devant la maison. Pour 3/4 personnes. Lit + canapé-lit + lit d'appoint sur demande.

Alone, as a couple, with friends or family, enjoy the beautiful view in the cozy garden, hike along the vineyard path, swim in the lake and explore the old town of Biel... and let the charm of the old house affect you. The main apartment is occupied by one of the hosts.

STUDIO, 25 m2 and 10 m2 mezzanine are located on the front of our house. It consists of a large room with kitchen unit, dining table, double sofa bed. Walk-in shower, toilet. A mezzanine with a double bed. This studio is equipped with: hairdryer, iron/ironing board, fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and TV with Swisscom-Box and Wi-Fi. Parking space. Possibility to store bicycles in a closed room.

3.5 rooms with lake view and private garden. There are two bedrooms for 4 people. A parking space available. Very quiet area. Hot tub Painting and windows redone in May 2016 as well as the hardwood floors in both bedrooms. For a month it has been no longer allowed to use the barbecue which is in the garden. Use the small electric grill in the hallway cabinet. 3 day minimum stay.
