Spent two nights with a friend at Don's place to attend a convention in the nearby P8. The apartment was almost overqualified for this, as we primarily used it for sleeping. The furnishings of the apartment look very new and are sparkling clean. The communication with Don was outstanding as he responded to every request within seconds. A spontaneous change to the reservation, as well as a late checkout were also no problem. With that in mind, thank you and would be happy to come back.

Had an amazing stay at this property, me and my friends were here for the weekend for 44 festival. Abel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a little earlier as we’d be travelling all day which was convenient. It was spacious and super clean with access to transport into the city centre. 10/10 would stay here again, and would absolutely recommend.

Very nice, sparkling clean modern house. Very well equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine like in Italy, a large refrigerator + a great stove. Fine sound system for the whole house and large TV. Spacious rooms with a sunny garden. Fast communication with Sabrina, good tips also for the area. Good sound insulation: we didn't hear anything from our 2 babies and 1 schoolchild, who sometimes cry at night. Would love to come again anytime. Dear Andrea...thank you so much for the apartment and the fast and great communication between us. You get ALL the stars from me and the guests who were able to sleep there. It's a shame that a cancellation due to illness would have only been reimbursed 50% by Airbnb, even 4 weeks in advance. That's why I didn't cancel the apartment and found another way to use it.
