Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Neu-Ulm

The place was great! Claus is super nice, was very helpful on site and provided us with many tips. The apartment is modernly equipped (great sauna - everything in the house) and very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. For 7 people it may already be a little cozy or tight (😅) but for four it was great! Thank you Claus for the wonderful stay!

The place was exactly as described. It was very spacious and everything was very clean. The possibility of a parking space in the underground parking is also very good. The communication was very good. Lisa was available for questions at all times.

The property is very well located and keeps what it needs. Nikita is very straightforward and accommodating and mostly easily accessible. Glad to come back!

Quite location at walking distance from city center and with a S-Bahn station just in front of the building. Johanneskirche upon the lake is my best spot of Stuttgart.

Cozy and very nice place, we recommend strongly ! Near the train station and the nearest castle.

Esslingen is a beautiful town that dates back to the medieval period. It has an old castle wall, market plazas, ice cream shops, shopping, a decent size train station, and much more! The apartment is one block from the train station and one block from the inside mall area where you can pick up groceries or visit the many coffee shops. While the apartment isn’t accessible by elevator the stairs allow you to have ice cream once a day!

It is hardly possible to find a fair description for it. If you are looking for a feel-good oasis, this is exactly the right place... by the way, Sylvie & Manu are super friendly and as you would wish for great hosts, I had the best time here at Lake Constance (: In short, I felt at home and can recommend the accommodation without any hesitation!

We enjoyed our stay with Andrea and Elmar and Kalle very much. A very lovingly furnished cottage, great garden, a paradise. So clean, as good as new. Everything is really available, from the cleaner to kitchen spices, enough dishes, cooking utensils. As a gift, there was also great coffee for the machine. In addition, the fantastic location in nature. Starry sky, deer, bats included. Also super nice hosts. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back....

Unfortunately, there is no terrace or balcony. Quiet location. Modern furnishings.

We visited Rosa to celebrate a cozy JGA there. The lounge with the kitchen is awesome. A cozy social evening was easy to implement. The surroundings are nice and quiet and relaxing. Successful weekend getaway, also because of Rosa who supports you with every question and also helps with coffee powder.

Marjori and Christian are very loving hosts. We immediately felt at home, very nice people, a great house, 4 sweet cats, you are right in the forest and on foot in 15 minutes at the Baggersee:-) A very nice stay and we will be happy to come back when we are in the area.

The apartment was clean and the location is 3 min walk to the outlet. Residential area was very quiet. Private parking very important in the area. I would be happy to come back.

We spent only one night during bussiness trip, but it is a very nice accommodation, beds are comfortable . Staircase is bit steep, but still okay.

The Host is available and flexible. Cozy house. Just to stock basic necessities if finished (such as dish soap, coffee..). Otherwise everything is very comfortable.

Evelyn was an excellent host. We immediately felt comfortable and at home because it attaches great importance to good communication, the apartment is very lovingly furnished and the beautiful garden is an absolute feast for the eyes. We were especially pleased with the great balcony with the cozy lounge sofa, the quiet location, the beautiful view of the castle ruins and the proximity to the Urach waterfall. Overall a completely successful stay.
