Holiday rentals with a patio in Neu-Ulm

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Matthias' place! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, offering a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The breathtaking view and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything one might need, from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. Parking was convenient right in front, and the beautiful terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the silence. Overall, I can only recommend this place—it's a true gem. I would love to return and experience it all over again. Thank you, Matthias, for being such a fantastic host!

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modernly furnished and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were greeted personally, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown, and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We were even able to have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

This is a wonderful penthouse apartment with nice decor and a wonderful rooftop terrace in a beautiful little town. There is no lift in the building, but luckily the building is not too tall. Can recommend to stay here!

Stayed here for 1 night in transit. Very clean and spacious apartment met our expectations. With a garden, sauna and yoga rest room. There was a lot of information about the area in the apartment. The communication with Jurgen went very well, very friendly and attentive

We found our stay super pleasant. Communication was flawless and very fast.

We stayed for 3,5 weeks. Cosy, calm and very clean appartement. Exactly as in the pictures. A well functioning home that has most necessities. An iron was missing when we arrived but we got it after some days. Well equipped kitchen, though the stove is a bit week. Previous guests had been harsh with the frying pans so they were a bit damaged. Good beds. Washer/dryer worked well though the drying functionality is not the best. Easy to get to from the highway and near to Ulm center. Nice with private parking lot. Nice area with a small forest and the Donau within a couple of km. Supermarket within 500 m. A bus to Ulm is right besides, though we took the car and used one of the (payed) parking lots in Ulm. A very nice stay and we would definitely recommend it, especially for longer stays.

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year we will come back and bring our bikes. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the large TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located in a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It's great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantities and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great starting point to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

very warm welcome, friendly, open hosts. Ambience wonderful. Beautiful hiking trails can be reached in 1 minute from the castle. Very large garden. Very quiet location but excursions in all kinds of directions wonderfully feasible. Swimming lake 10 minutes by car. Anytime again, just beautiful!

The address was easy to find and on site was already waiting for a friendly Ukrainian, who showed us around the house and was available for questions. Both apartments were well appointed and well suited for a weekend stay.

Our family stayed at this beautiful Country cabin type of home for a week during Easter vacation. Sabine and her family were wonderful and helpful and treated us like family. The home and location was perfect for our stay in Germany as it was central to places we wished to visit and see. The elevator, Sauna and ping pong table were fun bonuses. The two vehicle garage was perfect for us and with each room being on its own level and having its own washroom and shower was beneficial, there is no common washroom in the home however this was a minor detail for us. The home was fully equipped with cooking items and cutlery and dishes and has a wine fridge. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. The town sits next to the Danube River and has a beautiful Church, its own Bakery and two restaurants/bars as well a sports play area with mini-putt and curling. The next town is 10 mins away which has a Grocery Store. We would love to visit her home again.

A very nice accommodation, everything you needed was there and more. You are dependent on a car, as the connection to public transport is very poor. We used our vacation to go from there to Ulm, Blaubeuren (Blautopf) and Legoland. Everything can be reached in a short time. We especially liked the private and quiet environment, so you could relax on the terrace and also quickly be in nature. The hosts showed the entire accommodation once at check-in and explained special features and were always available. All in all, a great accommodation that we will gladly recommend.

The stay at the cheese factory was wonderful: there were so many beautiful details to discover, freshly cut rhubarb, a fine herb bed in front of the door, a stubborn hangover and a construction site that could be seen everywhere, how committed and thoughtfully Michaela and Daniel lay the property and the garden and make piece by piece as beautiful as the cheese dairy already is. Michaela is very attentive, she was able to assess me well and had many tips tailored to me (up to a visit to the bakery of the village - thank you to the neighbor who made this possible). This care and attention to detail also runs through the entire place: there is nothing missing, from the bathing soap to the welcome food, from the magic wand to the bedding, has quality and fun here. All in all, I can hardly imagine that you will find a nicer place to stay between Lake Constance and Swabian Alb!

Everything worked out as expected. Overall great experience.

We slept here for 2 nights. The garden was great for the children, a sandpit, swing, trampoline and play cars. The house itself was clean, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. We found it highly recommended, especially in combination with a visit to Legoland.

The small, spontaneous break with Jaques and Anne was very relaxed. Despite booking at short notice, check-in was flexible. The apartment is well equipped, beautiful and quiet location and Jaques and Anne are very friendly. I can recommend it without reservation.

Indians don't come to Ulm, but if you do, you should definitely come here. It's so clean and nice!! There's no problem with the feedback and parking if you have a small car

We felt very comfortable in Thierry's place. Everything was as described. Thierry is super friendly and even fulfilled a small special request for us. We would mist definitely visit again.
