Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Netphen

The accommodation is in a clean and modern condition and is in a quiet location with a beautiful view. The kitchen has high-quality fittings and is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable and equipped with first-class cotton bed linen. The design is simple, appealing and functional. Communication with the host is characterized by a high level of friendliness, speed and information density. He is able to resolve concerns immediately and take care of the guests. We will be back for sure.

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. The size of the house was great. Each had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, the hot tub and the outdoor sauna were great. A baby bed and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and directly behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The town of Cobbenrode is not large. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby, there are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For a long weekend with friends, to relax or to hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we were able to enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quick to respond to questions and was able to help remotely. Thank you very much.

We spent 4 days for 2 with 2 dogs at Uta's in the beautiful Löffelsterz. The house is beautiful with good amenities and you have everything to spend a successful holiday away from the hustle and bustle on a large property on the outskirts, without direct neighbors. Uta gave us cake and was always easy to reach and answered all questions quickly and reliably. I will come back dear Uta, because you really have a beautiful spot of earth that you make available to us for the holidays.

We spent a very nice weekend in this holiday home of Lotta. It is located in the middle of nature and was just right for a break from everyday life. Communication with Lotta was super friendly and accommodating. She picked one up directly and informed us about everything, so that we could enjoy the weekend to the fullest. A very nice and well-kept cottage with everything you need – practically furnished and equipped with every comfort. Extra plus: there is a charging station that you can use, which was very useful for us. The host was super friendly and always responded quickly to questions. The area is quiet and perfect for beautiful walks or exploring nearby cities. Highly recommended!

Alexandra & Maik's cottage is really beautiful. It is warmly decorated and has a characteristic appearance. Everything is there to make you feel good. You can walk up a trail directly from the cottage. Ideal with a dog. Please note the stairs to the living area. Alexandra was very helpful and friendly. In the area you can take beautiful walks. You also have your own terrace overlooking the beautiful garden, adjacent to the forest. All in all a wonderful place to spend your vacation. Recommended!

We had a relaxing weekend in the apartment and felt very comfortable! Axel warmly welcomed us to the clean and perfectly equipped apartment. There is nothing missing here, the two have thought of everything. We would love to come back for a trip to Marburg.

As stated in the actual review: a place to feel good with a very friendly landlord who also acts pro actively to make everything as pleasant as possible for his tenants. There is also nothing missing and you will find everything as shown in the description. Also the surroundings of the apartment are very pleasant, nice neighbors, a quiet place and many opportunities to explore the really very nice area.....hiking....cycling etc. Personally, I would definitely come back if needed, I can really only recommend this apartment and I would like to thank you very much for everything.... We already knew exactly how to enter the house in advance, via code key safe was very easy. For me as a smoker, it was the opportunity to smoke a cigarette quietly at the front door, under a canopy with a garden set. Of course, no smoking inside👍. Everything was present for a quiet stay, even a dishwasher was present. In short, a super location to relax.

Super nice place, uncomplicated process and a good restaurant around the corner.

We had very nice days with Nicole and Peter. Nicole was always available and responded super quickly. The accommodation was exactly as described, we were even greeted with a small gift🥰. We used the sauna overlooking the lake every day and enjoyed the peace and view. The jetty right in front of the nose to take a boat trip, until Sondern you can walk quite comfortably to enjoy a delicious dinner in the restaurant "Seeterrassen" or treat yourself to a delicious piece of cake directly at Peter's 😊 so for a short trip a 10 out of 10 and we recommend the accommodation gladly.

The communications with Thomas was easy and quick We went for a long weekend in Winterberg to attend a bike festival and competition The appartment is located right next to the ski/bike park so really easy Everything we needed was there - Linens towels and the beds are really comfortable The appartment is within a big building - although probably a lot of rentals it was really quiet and we felt safe The access to the parking is not so direct but it is secure. Be careful it is 2m height max We would definitely stay here again

The most beautiful apartment we have ever had. With the large panoramic window, in which you could comfortably sit and lie down, we braved the somewhat mixed weather and enjoyed every minute. The equipment is awesome, nothing is missing. (So more than we have at home😏) We'll be back, I promise!

The apartment, located in a quiet and beautiful residential area, met expectations, very clean and everything you need. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace almost all day. There is a hotel with a restaurant and bicycle rental within a 2-minute walk. Behind the hotel, hiking trails start directly into nature, which you should not miss. A bus stop to the city center and an outdoor swimming pool with warm water are also within walking distance. Karl was always available, very helpful and friendly. I can only recommend this apartment!

We felt at home with Dorothee and Georg from the very beginning. The apartment is fully equipped, even wipes and garbage bags were available in abundance. Communication went smoothly from start to finish. Dorothee and Georg are very lovable, not intrusive at all and let us feel as if it were our own home. The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

We had a lovely time in this apartment. It is very clean, central and yet nice and quiet. If you like it soft, you should sleep in the bedroom, it is a little harder on the sofa. Sven is super friendly and likeable! The view was beautiful every day, we saw the mountains and watched cows and sheep from the living room. Gladly again!
