Great place and had a great time at the pool with my kids. Only concern is the room is in a basement and might be an issue if you’re claustrophobic. There’s a balcony too which definitely helped.

This place is Paradise in Kochi. When you have marine drive on your left and broadway market on your right. Walk right down to be greated by a mall. One of the most clean looking rooms we had and a warm owner to guide you through.

The stay was good and just like the pictures. It felt like home and all the amenities was at its best.

The caretakers were very good, helpful, and responsive. The images are from the actual place only, but maybe taken a few years earlier coz images show only tea garden around the place. However, in reality, there are other cottages around with tea plantations in between the buildings. Overall, the stay was perfect for my family.

A great 2BHK apartment at a really great price. originally booked for 2 days but stayed a day mire. The host is so friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space. Located in a quite residential area but also close to the highway. forum mall right across from the apartment. overall, a great stay.

Mr Mohammad is a great host. A must visit, Nearby Lulu Mall. He will assist you with everything you need and takes care of whatever the guest needs. I had a really comfortable stay. Recommending it to all who visit Kochi.

Being on the third floor, the view from the terrace was fantastic—We could see the shipyard beyond Jew Street, making it a serene spot to unwind.
