Mansion holiday rentals in Nephi

We have stayed in many Airbnb homes and this one is by far the absolute BEST home we have ever rented! First, it is gorgeous! Second, plenty of space for everyone! Third, absolutely squeaky clean - not one spec of dust anywhere and I am pretty picky. Fourth, many fun activities for family right at the house (ping pong, foosball, hot tub, fire pit). Fifth, backyard is beautiful and well maintained. Sixth, the kitchen is a dream! I would like one just like it. Seventh, Jameson and Mindy were excellent to work with and responded quickly to my questions. Eighth, perfect location in Pleasant Grove. Ninth, lots of light and high ceilings. Tenth, comfortable beds and lots of amenities. Truly cannot say enough about this beautiful home. I would rent again!

This cabin felt like a family cabin, not just a rental. It was personal, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous surroundings. Do take the hosts requirement for 4 wheel drive/snow tires/chains seriously in the winter, it is necessary. But as longs as you are prepared, that makes this cabin feel all the more authentic and cozy. We will definitely return!

We loved staying at Brandon's place. We had a large group as well as a lot of family close by and this was a great gathering place. We all felt like it was a great space and we never felt crowded. Anytime there were questions or problems we had very quick responses. We will be coming back again soon and are looking forward to staying here again. This will be first on our list when we come to the area.

The home is really amazing. Pictures are accurate and the home is really beautiful and comfortable. We loved sitting on the back deck and listening to the nearby stream. The kitchen and amenities were great!! Location is really close to hikes and Sundance resort. Would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our large family, offering plenty of room and space for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially appreciated the wheelchair ramp and accessibility features—they made a big difference for our stay. The location was also ideal, close to so many great places. Highly recommend!

We had the MOST AMAZING stay at The Lighthouse for our bridal party weekend! This space is GREAT for large groups and has so many fun/cute features! Scott was so responsive and very easy to communicate with! With so many fun amenities, we are already planning our trip back to The Lighthouse!!

I cannot say enough great things about both David and the property! We had our entire family stay for 5 nights and it was truly magical. Everything we could have wanted and more was what we experienced. The home is immaculate, well stocked (better than any other place I have ever stayed), comfortable, beautifully situated and surrounded by some many activities to enjoy. We played basketball, pickleball and disc golf; we shot archery, threw axes and ziplined; we sat in the hot tub; David built us a fire and we made s’mores. All of this and more on the property and included in the price. We cooked several meals in the best stocked Airbnb kitchen I have ever had the joy of cooking in, as well as grilled steaks on the gas grill in a grove a trees. The primary bathroom was like a spa with an incredible steam shower and jetted tub. So many more things I cannot list them all! We had the best week and look forward to going back to enjoy the wood fired pizza oven that is being built!!

Was a wonderful stay and would definitely return. I was out with a hunter and it was a great central location for the areas he needed access to and house was great for me to relax while they were out.

A fantastic home for large gatherings. We hosted an Easter dinner for our family and the kitchen and eating spaces were just what we needed. The home is clean and spacious. Thank you!

We stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. The home has so much space for guests, including spacious closets. The garage has been transformed into an amazing game room which was a HIT with the kids (and some grownups). Ezra was extremely responsive before booking, as well as during our stay. Super friendly. Checking in and out was incredibly easy. The views of the lake out the back windows are amazing, and the house is in a very nice neighborhood away but still just a few minutes drive to gas, food, shopping, etc. Definitely an ideal location. We would recommend this home to any family who is staying in the area! Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at David's home. It was clean, spacious, and had a well-appointed kitchen. It's on a quiet street but still right near the center of town. David is very responsive and considerate. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note: There are two laundry rooms, and the washing machine upstairs has a damaged seal on the door so it leaks. The downstairs one works great.

Riley's place is beautiful and such a rare find with 5 bedrooms to accommodate our family of 6 adults. The inside has been thoroughly updated and everything was in working order with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. The house is located in a neighborhood that is near downtown, not too far away from all kinds of restaurants and shopping, and within walking distance of a beautiful park and river walk. Riley was extremely responsive and flexible with our requests. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Cowboy Casa was an exceptional stay for our family. We had everything we needed and more! The space was so cozy and fit our group of 15 well. Extremely impressed that every bed was SO comfortable, and not just cheap mattresses thrown in to accommodate more people. Stephanie was such a great host, quick responses, great suggestions for local hiking and places to stop by. She even came by to assemble a grill for us! Location was beautiful and close to town but in a quiet neighborhood with amazing mountain view’s. We were so happy to find a place to fit our family while in town for a wedding and Cowboy Casa did not disappoint!

Loved this place! It was clean and comfy. The decor was so cute. Seems like lots of airbnbs try to find the cheapest things but not this one. The location was great, right across the street from the front runner which we took into Salt Lake.

COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT - I FORTGOT MY STEAMER FOR OUR FORMAL WEAR AND THEY HAD ONE-***BONUS FOR ME I LOVED THAT WE COULD USE THE POOL EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND COMFY.

Despite the pool being shut down and having trouble with the internet, they were very responsive and got the internet fixed multiple times very quickly. The place was clean, great hosts, responsive and helpful. We were frustrated by the pool but it was out of their hands, they did everything they could to accommodate. Great place, worth the money paid for sure.

Lehi Paradise was exactly that. Such a beautiful location. Even more beautiful home. Immaculate, huge, great backyard, so organized and labeled. The kitchen was spectacular. Perfect space for our 10 family members. Our hosts were so helpful, they evergreen even sent a keurig the next day when I asked for a coffee maker. The pool was amazing, and perfectly warm for October in Utah. Worth every penny.

What an amazing stay my family had in this house. The location was perfect. We were in town for my son’s wedding, and I thought it would be great to have all of my family stay together and make some memories for each other and for the Newly Weds. We hosted a small rehearsal dinner at the house where both families met for the first time. What a beautiful place for that introduction. All the guests were blown away with the property. It was a little chilly, but the fire pit brought a lot of folks outside. The waterfall and pond were awesome. And all of the deer that came to visit while we were there was incredible. These hosts were so friendly, responsive and kind. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a place to connect with loved ones and make a lifetime of memories. This place is enormous! It has space for a huge group spread out across multiple floors. Everything worked as advertised. And when we had questions the owners were super responsive and friendly. They live on-site in the guest house. The location can’t be beat.

The host was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
