L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Charming Provençal Bastide in the Heart of the Pine Forest

Provencal-style house in the heart of a landscaped park of 3 hectares of pine forest and century-old olive trees. At the foot of a famous Bandolais vineyard, this bastide is located a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk from Sanary-sur-Mer city center. Its privileged location will allow you to escape the seaside tourists while remaining close to the beaches and the city center. Finally, the pool and terrace are assets for relaxation, in the shade of pine trees and to the sound of cicadas.

Surrounded by Provençal hills, this 75 m² cottage is dressed in stone and has a generous terrace on the perimeter opening onto an unobstructed landscape overlooking the village. A private pool, with a waterfall cascading from a "restanque" allows you to cool off. Compliant with disability regulations, this cottage and its surroundings are fully accessible. Very well equipped, it has a plancha for grilling, for example, freshly caught fish. Come and enjoy!

The old town, port and beaches are just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment includes a large bedroom, a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. It is possible to rent the attic room upstairs for an additional 2 people (children).

My place is close to everything, the views of the Portissol Bay are exceptional with the boat ballet in front of you. Restaurants, the beach, shops are nearby, you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without worries and the cost of parking right next to the apartment and you can enjoy your holidays on foot, beaches, restaurants, lounging.

L'appartement complètement neuf, au rez-de-chaussée de notre villa, est posé sur le sable, à 10 mètres des premières vagues. Les restaurants et le parc sont tout proches. C'est le lieu idéal pour des vacances relaxantes ou sportives, avec de nombreuses possibilités d'activités nautiques et de randonnées à pied ou en VTT. C'est le lieu rêvé pour des vacances en couple ou avec des enfants.
