As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated, modern and cozy 45m2 apartment. It's a very good choice if you want to have easy access both to the heart of Athens and the National Athens Airport. Katehaki metro station (blue line->10stops from Airport) is 5min walk from the house. Bus station is two minutes on foot. A taxi stand is 2min away. (!!!!) Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and fast-food stores are in a walking distance, too(!!!!). NO COOKING OIL INCLUDED!

A cute renovated apartment (40sq.m) in the center of Athens (3.4km from Syntagma). In a quiet neighborhood, where you can find market, restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is fully equipped and can host up to 3 persons. In a walking distance is Badminton Theater (Goudi grove in 10min), Megaro Mousikis ( 1.8km). Acropolis is 4.1km away and can be reached through metro.

Orange Garden in Chalandri.

In 1960, before our house was built in Sophokleous, Grandpa Giannis planted citrus trees in the garden. Oranges, tangerines and lemons filled our fruit baskets, strengthening our winters and cooling our summers. Under these trees, there were feasts, children played while butterflies sucked flower juices. We welcome our guests to this paradise full of aromas and juices.

The apartment is 22sqm and is located in a quiet area of N.Psychiko, on the 7th floor without bordering another (apartment). It has a large terrace overlooking Athens. Katehaki Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away. Right next door is a large park, which includes a modern playground. In the neighborhood there are restaurants and super markets.
