Great stay on a quiet, residential street. Nice place to use as a home-base as you explore Athens or the islands. Ten minute walk to the Katehaki blue line metro stop, which gets you to Syntagma in about 8 minutes. Same line takes you to the airport in the opposite direction. Street parking is difficult, and tight (as it generally is in all of Athens) but with some patience you can generally find a spot within walking distance. The grocery store at the end of the street is also a nice addition. The apartment has all modern furnishings.

We had an excellent 4-night stay at this place. The apartment is spacious, functional and sparkling clean. It is conveniently located close to the metro station, in the heart of Cholargos around cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Overall, highly recommended, especially for families who can use the extra space.

Ilias is a great host and the apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It's very clean and tidy, restfully decorated and free of clutter. Highly recommend! Location is great if you're in Athens without a car - metro station is a few minutes away, as well as a few bus stops that connect you to the more remote parts of town. There are some nice bakeries in the area and a small shop that's open 24/7. This is a great option for a stay in Athens, especially for families.

I had a really great time staying here. I did not meet the hosts, but checking in was very easy. Elevator to the 7th floor, and then stairs to the roof. The room was wonderful, and I loved the relative privacy on the roof. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was nice. Only thing missing was a microwave. The bathroom was tiny, but functional. Air condition worked perfectly. Internet was fast, but it could slow down during the day. Parking outside can be difficult, but sometimes there are free spaces nearby. I really loved staying here, and I would love to stay again when in Athens. Highly recommended.

Easy to find and extremely easy to check in and out at the reception of the building. Flat is spacious and renovated to a high standard. Perfect refuge for an athens visit, would stay again.

Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

Athanasios's place was exactly as described! Very clean and with more than enough amenities. The terrace was the highlight of the house, a calm oasis in Chalandri. The location is both close to the metro as well as the center of Chalandri's region, with plenty of things to do. Athanasios was extremely friendly and proactive, helping with extra things needed for a small baby and providing all the necessary information and solutions. Highly recommended!

It was a nice neighborbood near to Panormou and Ambelokipi metro stations. There are nice tavernas like Nikos to eat in walking distance. It is not a touristic neighborhood which is best because in touristic neighborhoods you pay more for the same product. Like famous Greek brand for cosmetics you can find in nieghborhoods’ Hondos center near ambelokipi metro for good price. And the best part of house is the balcony where you can rest and eat in peace.

George was great and very helpful throughout the stay. the place is very modern and well designed and has everything you need. it is underground so doesn't have much natural light but they have made excellent use of the space and perfect for a couple in a great area for getting around or grabbing a coffee and going to restaurants

We as a couple had a comfortable stay at the Bauhaus apartment. It was minimalist and modern which is really good and convenient for travellers. It had everything we needed away from home. the apartment in Nikokaou Gennhnata 16 is a very special apartment in an excellent spot one step put of yhe metro supermarket caffe,'s etc. Irene is an excellent host and she has taken care for every detail in the apartment therefore my stay was very confortable. In the kichen i found all the utilities for cooking cokd eater in the fridge and a welcoming glass of wine.Thank you Irene your apartment was a nice releif after hard work outside.

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

My stay at Alfiario’s apartment was a true Airbnb experience. Alfiario was easy contactable, proactive, and welcomed us with open arms on arrival. She also took the time to recommend surrounding attractions and dining options, which we have found to be truly delightable. Very comfortable accommodation, I highly recommend Alfiaro’s accommodation, especially if you want to stay away from the typical tourist traps.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and ending our honeymoon trip in this beautiful suite.

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

We had a wonderful time in Athens. The location was perfect because it was close enough to some restaurants, yet far enough away from the main tourist areas, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The view of Parthenon was incredible! I highly recommend staying here.
