very friendly host and good caretaker. the house and the rooms were much better than the pics.

We booked the place to celebrate our son's birthday along with our friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house and the pool was kept clean and there was an attendant to help out with the queries. Though I did not meet the caretaker in person but he was responsive and easy to reach out to over phone. The place is easily accessible from the main road.

We had a wonderful time. The pool was clean and we spent a lot of time in it. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely come again. Just one issue was that the wedding were not able to lock the front door. We felt a little unsafe.

Nice place for friends get together - good and big home with lots of of space to move around, good swimming pool to spend your evenings. We enjoyed this place and definitely will be coming back. Just want to highlight that they have a proper kitchen with all utensils, Kettle and gas stove. Just pack your groceries and you can make all your food by yourselves- you will always have good chef in your group :)

We stayed with our kids and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Both caretaker hosts were kind and very responsive. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the kids had a great time enjoying it.

We had wonderful stay at the place. We particularly stayed in Flona cottage which is separate 2 Bed Room area which has private entrance and compound with Kitchen access. We have mostly everything we need like basics vessels and everything. Rooms were clean and good. Also had access to swimming pool which is shared with 2 other villas. Good area full of coconut trees and mango trees. Peaceful location as well. Pool was maintained neat. Also had basketball and TT games. Along with this we had a good size of garden area. Our Pet dog enjoyed as well. Overall good stay.

that was a perfect weekend getaway one could ever ask for. it is worth giving 10/10 for the facilities, cleanliness they provided. will recommend it for a group of friends or family. finally, it was perfect, i mean all perfect! ❤️

I had a very pleasant stay at Sathyabama Mohan Illam. The host was kind, welcoming, and easy to approach, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The property was neat, clean, and well-maintained, with good car parking available. The location is also convenient — about 20 minutes to Tambaram Station, 30 minutes to Vandalur via a route that avoids Tambaram traffic, and around 30 minutes to Medavakkam through an alternate route. It's an ideal place to stay if you're visiting Bharath University or Agaram Main Road. There aren’t many good budget-friendly hotels nearby, so this Airbnb is a much better option in terms of comfort and value. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Staying at Sadhana's was a truly pleasant experience. The listing was exactly as described on the website, accurate and true to detail. Sadhana was warm, welcoming, and ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. The beautiful wall murals added a unique charm to the space, enhancing the overall ambience and making it feel even more special.

It was a perfect home vibes, lots of trees inside the property and it’s an independent house. The surrounding is very calm and peaceful. Definitely recommend to stay. A little maintenance could make this property wonderful to stay. Overall good experience

It is extremely accurately described. The place is lovely and free from the city noise. The amenities are exactly as listed. I lived here for 2 months and am extremely glad I chose to live with the family. The host lives with her family downstairs and is always really sweet. The best part is the square footage of the house. The living room, the bed rooms as well as the kitchen and bathroom are quite spacious and soberly decorated. The wifi speed is good and you will always have connectivity in your room. The fridge has a lock that can be used if you are leaving the house open for the maid to come and work. (The fridge overall is not that good -- the freezer does not work the best but you can manage as long as it is not icecream). You will have all utensils. The house has power backup and voltage stabilizers to support Chennai's erratic power supply. The smaller room AC needs to be cleaned (I feel) since the cooling went down significantly over the course of 2 months -- else amazing.

This place cannot be replaced with another stay…… on the whole it’s a total package. The host was always available through and the service was on point. You can take my word and book this place, if you want to experience the best view with your loved ones. An amazing place to visit!!!🤍

The place was very good and not very far away from the city either. It's situated conveniently above the Bhangra Dhaba and has a spacious terrace. It can get quite warm in the summers. But we enjoyed our stay, and the caretaker Rajkumar was very helpful.

Second stay at Anbu's, could not complete the stay due to personal reasons. The stay was comfortable and felt right at home. One thing about staying at Anbu's is that he will go to great lengths to ensure your stay is utmost comfortable. He is a humble and friendly host. The property is exactly like the photos. The house is a standalone independent corner plot with a spacious veranda in front and a personal rooftop with sitting area where you can catch flights taking off from Chennai Airport at close glimpse while sipping tea. The kitchen is spacious and clean. Bathrooms are neat, western one is difficult for tall legged people. Bedrooms are cozy and beds are comfortable. You will find the fridge stashed with snacks and the house equipped with necessary things for many days to day activities. 3 study tables for everyone to use. Dining table is fairly sized too. The property is new and just like home. All the best to Anbu for his future endeavours. Hope to meet again soon.

We really liked the independent apartment which had all the essential things for a very comfortable stay. The bedrooms were quite spacious and the attached bathrooms were clean when we arrived. It is very close to the airport and hence was very convenient for our short stay. We highly recommend the apartment for families visiting Chennai. Swimming pool is so good, clean and can use anytime through out the stay. Beach is very very near. Overall our stay was so good at this Taara Villa. Felt like home.
