very friendly host and good caretaker. the house and the rooms were much better than the pics.

We booked the place to celebrate our son's birthday along with our friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house and the pool was kept clean and there was an attendant to help out with the queries. Though I did not meet the caretaker in person but he was responsive and easy to reach out to over phone. The place is easily accessible from the main road.

The house was spotless, and the caretaker, Mr. Ramesh, was extremely polite, helpful, and caring throughout our stay. He ensured a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Our host, Mr. Rajan, was prompt and delivered more than promised. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence shone through in every aspect of the property. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The property is truly worth visiting, and we would definitely come back again. We had a wonderful time. The pool was clean and we spent a lot of time in it. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely come again. Just one issue was that the wedding were not able to lock the front door. We felt a little unsafe.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sathyabama Mohan Illam. The host was kind, welcoming, and easy to approach, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The property was neat, clean, and well-maintained, with good car parking available. The location is also convenient — about 20 minutes to Tambaram Station, 30 minutes to Vandalur via a route that avoids Tambaram traffic, and around 30 minutes to Medavakkam through an alternate route. It's an ideal place to stay if you're visiting Bharath University or Agaram Main Road. There aren’t many good budget-friendly hotels nearby, so this Airbnb is a much better option in terms of comfort and value. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I stayed at this place with 5 of my friends, our stay at this place was nothing short of amazing. Set on a vast 3-acre property, this villa is the perfect getaway from the city’s noise. Surrounded by lush greenery and open space. Especially if you are a sports enthusiast, the farmhouse offers plenty of activities like beach volleyball, badminton, basketball, and space for cricket and football, making it ideal for families and groups. The villa itself is charming, with its Mangalore-tiled roof and spacious, open-plan living area with 2 hammocks.The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals while staying connected to the group. The bedroom is cozy with an attached bathroom featuring a bathtub, adding a touch of luxury. The highlight, though, is the terrace. The views are breathtaking, with no buildings in sight, making for a serene, private escape. Whether relaxing or being active, this property has something for everyone, and we left feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommended and a Must Try!”

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

THE VILLA WAS REALLY AWESOME AND FANTASTIC. ALL THE FACILITIES WERE AVAILABLE THERE. VERY GOOD BEHAVIOR OF THE HOST. REALLY ENJOYED A LOT.

The place was very good and not very far away from the city either. It's situated conveniently above the Bhangra Dhaba and has a spacious terrace. It can get quite warm in the summers. But we enjoyed our stay, and the caretaker Rajkumar was very helpful.

I stayed at Raghunathan’s place to do my wedding shopping during my stay in Chennai and it was the best decision. The house was spacious, had a fully functional kitchen and super close to restaurants and shops in the heart of Chennai. Special shoutout to the caretaker Lakshmi who took care of all our needs. She was very responsive and went above and beyond. She was very flexible about our requests for housekeeping and made the whole checkin process smooth :) Would love to stay again when we are in Chennai.

We really liked the independent apartment which had all the essential things for a very comfortable stay. The bedrooms were quite spacious and the attached bathrooms were clean when we arrived. It is very close to the airport and hence was very convenient for our short stay. We highly recommend the apartment for families visiting Chennai. Place was exactly the same as mentioned . Host was really so helpful and friendly too . Getting to d place was slight difficult as some road work was goin on and due to rain , roads were slippery. But house was 200% exceeded my expectations. Interiors were antique and somethin unique .
