Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

Where do i begin! It was like being home, very clean, quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, the decor was beautiful, color scheme was on point. The Kitchen had exactly what we needed to cook. The backyard was cozy and the property manger laughed, when I asked if we were welcome to eat the mango’s. The only thing you must have is a driver or your own vehicle. It’s a new development, and so security was there to greet us! We absolutely admire the home. Didn’t get a chance to swim because it thundered, but the coziness of the home was perfect for the weather. The price was just right! I just didn’t want to leave today. Headed to MoBay but I could have stay here longer. Thanks for hosting me and my family.

The home is even more beautiful in person. The views are amazing and Jackie’s staff is so helpful! Chef Sheldon is responsible for the extra 10lbs I came back with! I am so looking forward to visiting this home again! It was clean, comfortable beds, spacious and Jackie is a very responsive host. She knows the area! I can’t say enough great things about this stay. Everything was perfect and as described. Neighborhood was safe, community pool was clean and quiet (but not many chairs available). I could go on but I will be back!

This stay was worth it and more , the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was very clean and homely and inviting, I’m really impressed with the decor . Host was very responsive and helpful . All I can say is that this will be my vacation place as of now . I also want to give a great review to security Jay Mullins’s for his great customer service and pleasing personality he asked the necessary questions and did his checks and never made us feel like we are an issue .very humble and respectful individual. Irie House was wonderful. We travel to Jamaica frequently and are very familiar with the house's location in Little Bay Country Club. The house itself is in one of the most prime locations in the Little Bay Country Club - facing the sea with direct access to the beach from a very well-appointed large deck and terrace. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet and peaceful at all times. This location is perfect for those travellers looking for a bit more independence and are comfortable driving and exploring (and taxis are also available). Grocery shopping is relatively close-by as are the restaurants and activities on Seven-Mile Beach and the cliffs beyond "downtown" Negril. The beach and pool at the Country Club are excellent as well, and always uncrowded. All-in-all a great find!

Petronia’s place was exactly what I ordered. I wanted this visit to be very calm, peaceful and quiet so that I can relax and reset. It was perfect for just that! The beach is very much walkable and its view is amazing. Would recommend bringing snacks if you plan to stay at the beach long. Also recommend going grocery shopping to cook food unless you plan to catch taxis into town to eat everyday. There’s a restaurant next door that’s great but menu is rather pricey and not much other walkable food options. Petronia is extremely responsive and accommodating. The pool on the property is great! Especially for a night swim! Security and groundskeepers are all super friendly !

This was our first Airbnb vacation stay, and I must say—the bar has been set high! St. Claire was exceptionally clean, and both the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty. The towels, food, and drinks were always fresh, timely, and top quality. The location itself was peaceful, private, and secure—perfect for relaxation and meditation. I was not disappointed in any way. A special thank you to Ms. Pam, who was consistently amazing in making sure everything ran smoothly. Her attention and care made a big difference. The owner’s commitment to customer service and her attention to detail was truly outstanding. Thank you for welcoming us for 7 wonderful days. We are already looking forward to our return! This property was perfect for us! We were able to feel like we were in our own apartment and get comfortable. We were a short uber ride from anywhere we wanted to go but got pizza next door on the first night to start our stay. I loved that we could walk to the dock at any time and just enjoy the views. The pool was great, especially after dark, not cold but not hot. The mini oasis outside the front door was the perfect reading area when I wanted to be outside without being amongst people. Patricia was so helpful on the first night and made sure we knew where everything was located. It was definitely a good choice!

it's always a great stay at LionHide! Mr Omar (the grounds keeper) is AMAZING and super helpful. The villa is super clean and has everything you need for your stay. The roof patio is a great place to hang out and watch the sunrise or sunset- Views are beautiful! yiu get yhe mountains and the ocean in one view!! The pool area is emaculate and has everything you need. I've always felt extremely safe staying here. The dogs that live on the grounds are super friendly. Considering I'm a repeat visitor I would highly reccomend LionHide 100%.

Amazing stay! The owners were super helpful and responsive, they organized a great trip without us even asking for it! Also, it’s a gated community so as two girls traveling on our own we felt really safe there. Getting to the centre and other touristic attractions was just a few min ride. If you’re coming to Montego Bay that’s the place to stay! :)

Ricardo's condo unit was lovely. More spacious than pictures show and A/C in both bedrooms and living area was perfect. The fact each bedroom had a full bath was ideal. It was a very quiet, safe, locked community with excellent security. We were 3 senior citizen women who felt safe and found the walk to Doctor's Cave beach doable. There is a small grocery market on the walk to the beach with a friendly, helpful proprietor. you'll need a ride to a typical US size market. Only suggestions I could make would be for Ricardo to have some kitchen supplies such as plastic wrap, and some spices/sugar. Also a few mixing bowls would be helpful. It is difficult if you cook to have to buy most everything or have limited kitchen utensils. Salt and pepper was provided. We also did not use the washer/dryer as it is not a listed amenity, but did use the clothesline. We would stay again. In addition ask Ricardo for Pete Morgan's transportation contact. He is reliable and friendly as a driver.

Dawn was an excellent and responsive host. The space was beautiful and the area very peaceful with a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool on the property was perfect for just cooling down. The Hip Strip, Montego bay and restaurants are a quick 20 minutes drive away. We highly recommend Dawn's place and look forward to visiting again!

Our trip to Negril as “locals” on vacation was amazing. Felicia thought of everything we’d need from lunch kits to bring food on the beach to a whole storage drawer with games of all ages. There were even fishing rods and complimentary coffee. This was a Blast. She made some amazing recommendations which saved us Tons of money especially with food delivery. If in doubt, send her a text or give her a call. We will be back and for longer next time, we can’t get enough of that view and the pristine beach and aquatic life. See you soon Fel

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Jamaica, we have stayed at all inclusive hotels , regular hotels, Airbnb’s, this apartment was by far in the top 3 of places we have stayed we had an amazing vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed. It did not disappoint. It was very quiet all staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We would return without hesitation. We had a car so getting around was easy. If you stay here I would highly recommend renting a car or having a driver. They provided us with snacks water and flavored red stripe, it was a pleasant surprise. The red stripes are delicious. We are very particular, so I was a bit apprehensive about how it would be. It did not disappoint at all! We were very impressed. AC was perfect, water pressure great! Bed super comfortable all linens were clean. TV was great, plenty of options. Views from the balcony wonderful. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean. Great home!

From our arrival to departure we throughly enjoyed our stay at Serene's beautiful and most suitable apartment. The gated complex is located 10 minutes from the airport by car and well maintained and quiet. The area includes high end hotels and gated complexes. No Police in sight just nice, peaceful and safe. The facilities are excellent including the infinity pool overlooking the marina. Now the beach is a short stroll away and as residents you're allowed to enjoy the quiet, private, secluded, crystal clear, warm water, white sandy beach. No sellers, a friendly security guard a few meters away. The beach gently slopes into the amazing sea and it's quite frankly a piece of paradise. The apartment, well where do I start. You never quite know what to expect, but the photos don't do it justice. It's lovely, a home from home. Comfortable with every listing in excellent condition and working order. Its special, we loved it, you will too. Book it if it's available you will not regret it.
