Holiday rentals with lake access in Needles

The house is perfect for my birthday! The aesthetic of the house is beautiful, every detail and design, they did a good job building it. A dream house for a bachelor like me. Renting a boat and jetski from them is also a great and fun experience! My family and friends enjoyed my birthday weekend. Communication is good. Dillon assisted as during our stay and he was good. Needed to checkout early, so it was nice of them to give me a credit for a day on my next trip. So till the next trip then.

Truly a beautiful place and wonderful stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer to relax and enjoy Lake Havasu. The home is in a perfect location, if you get the chance to stay here do it!

Our stay at this Lake Havasu home was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool—it was absolutely amazing. It felt like our own private oasis. Another standout aspect of our experience was the host, Brianna. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, she was just a message away. It really made a difference knowing we had such a reliable host. The location was also ideal—just minutes from the lake, restaurants, and local shops. Whether we were heading out for a day on the lake or grabbing dinner in town, everything was conveniently close. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu and are already looking forward to coming back!

This was such an amazing experience. The house and host were very welcoming. Everything was immaculate. It felt just like we were at home. Location was perfect because we were so close to so many places. Definitely would rent again if and when i come back to Arizona.😁 can’t thank them enough

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

3rd time here all within a year, clearly you can tell this is a no brainer of a place to book. Sara is a awesome host and very communicative for any of your needs

The house was exactly as described and absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for a better place or hosts. Matt and Lisa were always responsive and helpful telling us about the area. Absolutely recommend this home for anyone going to Lake Havasu!

Home is Lovely and owners are more! My family and I Loved the stay we enjoyed it so much like our own home. Cris is very responsive and is very nice. SUPER clean!!! Spotless! I tried my best to leave it as we checked In. My sons 5th bday was very memorable and He was very greatful for the home, he keep on telling me mommy I love You thank you for bringing me here!!! lol BTW is Super close to EVERYTHING!!!! We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Our family of 3 had a great time at Kara’s place. We felt right at home. The location is amazing, right next to Rotary Park and walkable London Bridge. Highly recommend!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

Great place to stay, right on the river! Home owners communicate well and we're quickly responsive.

I can't say enough nice things about place and Karen is amazing. I stayed a month and Its an amazing place to relax and enjoy the river. This is my second time there and hope to return next year.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

The space is clean and accommodating. It was wonderful having a functional kitchen and being so close to the laundry facility is a great perk. Dedicated parking made transportation a breeze. Everyone in the office was wonderful and inviting! I wish I could stay here longer!

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

THE PICTURES ARE ACCURATE. IF YOU THINK THIS IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT'S NOT. I'M A HOTEL SNOB AND REALLY LIKE 3-4 STARS ONLY. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT STAING IN A MOBILE HOME THAT IT WOULD BE LIKE BEING IN A SUPER 8 OR MOTEL 6. OH MY GOSH, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY WITH THEM. THE VIEW IS AMAZING. THE UNITS APPOINTED IN A VERY NICE MANNER.

This is the second time ive stayed here and Robert and Lynn are simply the best. The nicest people not to mention their dog Rita is my new best friend. Communication was top notch, they would text me about places i could park with my boat, they text me to let me know that about check out time when i asked. Just a perfect weekend in a perfect place right on the water with your own boat dock. The place is cozy, clean, and has everything youll need. Could not have been better thank you Robert and Lynn again,see ya next time!
