Holiday rentals with a patio in Nečujam

Great apartment close to all the major sightseeing destinations and the harbor for ferry catching. Dijana was also very responsive and made sure we were comfortable the entire stay.

We stayed there for a week and it was really as nice as in the pictures. Stjepan was super nice and helped with all sorts of things. 2 min walk to the beach, but 10 minute walk along the beach to get to the other side where most restaurants are located which was totally okay. 15-20 min by taxi from the airport to the house. 10 min from the house by taxi to Trogir Old Town. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and pleasant vacation.

We reached out to explain we were arriving earlier than check in time. They couldn’t make any promises but recommended dropping luggage at a “Bounce”. It turned out the day of they reached out as the home was ready at 2pm which worked out for us. It was clean and offered a washer and dryer. Much slower than we are used to in the states but appreciated the dryer feature. We liked everything it offered. Thank you.

Ines’ was a wonderful host and her place is beautiful. She gave very in depth & clear instructions that were super helpful with checking in and finding her place. The view from her location is breath taking with a great walking/running path nearby. I would definitely recommend her place is you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. 4 of us stayed in Split at Gorans and Jana’s apartment for 6 nights last week. We absolutely love it. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The location was perfect! 10-15 minute easy walk to the center of town. We like being away from the crowds. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need. It was recently renovated so everything was new and the apartment was spotless! It was nice to have the washer to wash your clothes and a clothes line to dry them. They had coffee, tea and cookies for us upon arrival. 2 grocery stores 2-3 blocks away to buy food/drinks. Check in was very easy with codes to get in. If we had questions about dining, cash machines etc, they would answer immediately. When we come back to Split, we would definitely stay here again! We give it a 10 out of 10 rating!!

Great spot and a lovely apartment. Booked only the day before for 1 night it went very smooth. Sergio was super nice! Some of the beds were a bit squeaky but other than that everything was great!

Wahou ... ! One of the best place i've ever been : to be so close to nature with so good vibes, it was unbelievable. Perfect place to reboost yourself, can't wait to come back. And Tamara the owner is so nice and helpful. Really, my best Airbnb for now !

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The entire space was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property looks even better in person than in the pictures—absolutely stunning! The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were like a dream come true, beautifully designed and perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature. I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Vinko's apartment was perfect for our group of six. A wonderful oasis and welcoming space with everything we needed. Vinko went out of his way to help us and was a superb host. We would certainly recommend his place to others looking for a magical convenient place to stay.

We were here in the Dutch May holidays and had fantastic weather so we were able to enjoy the spacious garden, the swimming pool and the quiet area! Everything in the village was almost closed (except for a small supermarket and a restaurant!). By car, very great trips to Trogir, Split & Primosten and Krka! The house has all the comforts and we would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.

The apartment is exactly as described with modern, clean and high quality furnishings. There is plenty of spare pillows, blankets, towels etc with a fully operational kitchen and accessories. The local bar/restaurant area is 10 min walk away and shops within 5 mins. We did have a small issue with the key pad not working which gains access to the property (there is a set of keys that gain access to but it was left inside) and lucky the cleaner was able to let us in. Niki the host is very thorough and was quick to rectify the issue so overall the stay was 10/10 and would use this again and definitely recommend to all potential visitors. Lovely property and a great location.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.
