The host "Mr. Everaldo" is very attentive, always helpful, the apartment is very clean and well-equipped, great for long stays, the location is one of the best in this paradise called CAÇÕES, Dona Maria is the one who takes care of everything and, by the way, "she is a lovely human being". We would definitely return.

Extremely clean and cozy accommodation with all the necessary items available and in an excellent location,staying in the main of Salinas!!! Diego and his Ney are very helpful and proactive. I definitely recommend!

Tatiane and her husband are great people. We are comfortable and that includes Dollar, my puppy. The place is very close to the beach and is great to rest away from the agony of the city. Air conditioning worked perfectly, television and sofa are new and the house was clean. Ideal house for up to 3 people Deixo here my thanks for the patience my puppy had, this is worth a lot ❤️

I went to Salinas with my mom, my girlfriend, and my brother, and we loved our stay. Tarsila's house is spacious, airy, well-equipped and close to everything. The street is very quiet, and the neighborhood is sensational, welcoming, and Salinas is an incredible and super safe city, with a great energy, and a surprisingly affable peace. Nilzete, the girl who gave me the house key, is a great person, she always went there to ask if we needed anything and even recommended a super nice gentleman named Dinho, he lives in the house downstairs and we agreed with him to take us by car to the places we wanted to go, because my mother has a little difficulty moving around, so everything contributed to our stay being incredible and it was. I did not meet Tarsila personally, but I can say with certainty that she is an excellent host, a wonderful person, very helpful and attentive, always willing to help and answer any questions that might arise.

The accommodation is great near the beach, which depending on the day has crystal clear water. The communication with Célio was also great, he is very helpful. It was safe and smooth for me. The bed is excellent and comfortable pillows. The kitchen has what it takes to cook. At 600 meters you can find grocery stores and, if you go early, you can buy fresh fish and shrimp that people sell on the street. Look on the map and you'll find the nail box square with a lot of well-organized kiosks. Walking along the beach a little more will arrive at the beach of Ponbinha which is beautiful and has very clean water. I recommend the accommodation.

It was my 3rd time in the apartment, Keuder is very receptive and the cleanliness of the place is impeccable 😉

I have no words to express how much I loved the stay! It was only 2 days that made me feel like staying a little longer. Extremely friendly and welcoming host, super cozy accommodation, the clean house, all organized, wonderful location, close to the beach and the place is a true paradise. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and I will definitely return!

The house met all our needs, new house, well equipped and tidy, communication with Alecsandro was quick and clear. Well located in front of Town Square and the sea. A quiet stay!
