Sharon’s place was an easy walk from the metro. She did a great job of communicating. Her kitchen was stocked with the necessities which was helpful. The house was clean and the off street parking was great. It was nice to have the half bath too! Thanks for a great stay!

This was, I believe, our 5th year staying at Kate’s. Always comfortable - always spotless! In fact, this is by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever booked. Kate is a very responsive host as well - super helpful with any questions we have ever had! We will continue staying here for our annual NIH visit as long as it is available to us! We loved our stay at the Gingko House. We were only there for one night for a nearby event, but the home was comfortable and extremely convenient to our venue as well as many other locations. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Andrea was very quick to respond to messages and even quickly helped out with a parking pass right before we left home. We would definitely come back and also recommend to family and friends.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Nina’s Place. We had plenty of room and restaurants in the area, plus it’s only a short walk to the bus stop which opens up a lot of options for getting around the city. There was a regular amount of noise living in the city, but no disruptions and I never felt unsafe. People were very friendly and helpful. I loved that we had a private parking spot and that gave us the option to either drive or take public transportation into the D.C. Hope to visit again!

This house is truly unique and the multi-story library is awesome for everyone. The roof (and other balconies!) are awesome. Shane was a faultless host, incredibly responsive, helpful and generous. Very well stocked for kids, solid kitchen, lovely bathrooms and comfy beds. We live about 6 blocks away (stayed while our house was being repaired), so we are very familiar with the neighborhood. This awesome house is just off a major intersection and although it sits on a nice little side street, it is right up against a gas station meaning there’s a good amount of foot traffic/noise when you step outside. The house itself is fairly quiet considering, and this was the only downside.

Julia’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, easy to get to, and a comfortable bed. We didn’t use all the amenities because we were out exploring the city but it was definitely worth every penny!

Eric was an excellent host. There were a couple issues and Eric addressed them immediately. Beautiful home, love the neighborhood.. felt like we were at home. Everything you need to enjoy time with family and friends.

We came down for a music festival at RFK stadium. this was perfect for two adult couples. the bathroom is very big with a spa style grand shower. there is a small kitchen area and two bedrooms. the concept is open so if you need private bedrooms you might not like this setup. for us it was great. the unit was the perfect size, easy to find, has a secure parking spot off the street and is a good value. its near metro. numerous places to eat nearby. I would gladly stay again.

Loved our stay here, the home was so cute, centrally located, comfortable and Eva and Marshall were so kind! will definitely be back.

The rental was as shown in the photos. Easily walkable and centrally located to great restaurants (Tatte across the street had delicious breakfasts and sandwiches) and the waterfront. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very close to Reagan Int'l Airport, so you will hear planes taking off.

Peter was exceptionally good at communicating and made sure that everything was perfect, and we had what we needed for our stay!! Thank you!

Erin offered very clear instructions that offered easy access. The Airbnb was spacious, very clean and had a super comfortable bed and pillows. It felt like you are in a lovely treehouse when sitting on the deck. It was lovely. The area is active and fun with great restaurants.

We stayed here for a weekend for an event at the RFK fields. It was amazing. We were a 10 minute walk to there. It was wonderful. The place was perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed! We will be back!

We loved staying here! Such a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk to and from the zoo so easily which was perfect for us. The driving distance to go sightsee in D.C. was not bad either and the street parking was very convenient. Chris was always reachable in case we had any questions. Definitely would rebook here again!

Would highly recommend this stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops, and great space! Benjamin was a great host and I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. If you’re looking for a great space in a quieter neighborhood in DC, I’d recommend this location!

5 mins walk from Union market, the apartment was pristine, comfortable and quiet. We stayed in and cooked one night and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. May make this my go-to ABNB when in DC.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Very nice and quiet apartment in great Capitol Hill neighborhood. Walkable to many places including the Capitol building itself. Updated, very tasteful and clean. Enjoyed the stay, definitely would come back.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Occoquan and the Daisy. The location is great and within walking distance to eateries and shops. We enjoyed Grind and Crepe for most of our breakfasts as they open early. Nice shops. It was nice that parking was available. It was quiet outside. The only thing I would mention is that we did hear footsteps at night from whomever was upstairs. I would stay at the Daisy. again. We loved our stay.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
