Wonderful Stay! We had a great vacation at this house. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, and the place was very clean. Wesley, the host, was always helpful and responded promptly whenever we had questions. The location is excellent, about a 10 minute walk to the beach and even less to get to a supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop, and other local spots. We really enjoyed both the house and the neighborhood, and we felt very well taken care of by the host. Highly recommended!

The house is wonderful. Super clean, organized, with everything new. The beds are very comfortable and the bath towels are of great quality. The TV has streaming services available. Basic items for the stay are also available: loofah, detergent, soaps in the bathroom sinks, salt and sugar, and dishcloth. Ana's service was great, with clear instructions and quick and flexible check-in. The location is great for those who want to go to Beto Carrero. Less than 10 minutes by car. In addition, the region is residential, with a supermarket nearby and a sense of security I will return and recommend it to friends

From the beginning Fábio was always very helpful, polite and responded to us promptly. We didn't have the privilege of meeting him in person with his mother, but every time we spoke, it seemed like he had known us for a long time. House is exactly what the pictures show. Clean, organized, all beds with towels and blankets, airy, complete with respect to utensils. We are comfortable, restaurant next door, quiet neighbors... Nothing to complain about and no suggestions to make. It was all spotless. I recommend it with no hesitation. Congratulations Fabio. It was perfect!

great house, with plenty of space, an open area with lots of things to do for leisure, games, swimming pool, playground, a very good barbecue area, very clean and organized rooms and bathrooms, a very complete kitchen, a large market nearby (no need to go by car) we had a great stay, we will definitely return

The Thais space is perfect! I went with my family, and we all felt at home. Thais was very solicitous at all times of doubt, and always remained available. The neighborhood is very quiet, with excellent markets and restaurants; it is close to the airport (5min by car); near a wonderful beach (8min walking); and close to Beto Carrero (20 minutes by car). The weather was very good and was able to make good use of it. We also visit Itajaí (neighboring city) and Balneário Camboriú, it's all very close. If it is comfort, security and tranquility that you are looking for, Thais' space is for you. If I get another chance, I'll definitely be back.

The place is SPECTACULAR, I went with two couples of friends and we left very satisfied and surprised, it is even better than expected. Everything is clean, very well organized and equipped, a magical place, facing the sea where you sleep listening to the sound of the waves. It was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in, I'm extremely grateful and highly recommend it.

I went to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday at Beto Carrero, but my stay at Nautilus was wonderful, there are more spaces for children besides the photos posted, an incredible place, Gisele and Adriana are wonderful people! My family loved it, everything was perfect! I would come back a thousand times 😍

New apartment, all very clean and organized. Good balcony with barbecue overlooking the park. Very practical for those who go to Beto Carrero. Communication with Ingrid very fast and easy.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

The very well-equipped apartment I did not miss anything and the building is beautiful, well worth the well worth pool area if we needed something had the market in the building, for those who are on foot the beach is a little distant but you can get away with Uber that is easy to pick up and is not a high value

This is our second time staying at a property of Mrs. Rosa and both times were perfect. We'll be back more often!
