The apartment is even better than in the photos! Incredible, wonderful, with a breathtaking view! We had a small unforeseen event with the shower, but nothing that would disrupt the trip — as there were 5 of us, the other bathroom was fine. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, always responding very quickly. In addition, they made our entry more flexible, which was great! Getting into the building was super easy, but parking is a bit tricky. The location is perfect: the building is right on the beach and close to the aquarium. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the common area as much because our stay was short, but the building is very clean, fragrant and well maintained. A differential was finding towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap available. I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and barbecuing, the condominium was super organized, there was a great grocery store, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. Whoever rents it will love it for sure. Thank you, I highly recommend it!

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Studio is well located, close to pharmacy, bakery and market. The atmosphere is well organized, all very clean and cozy, it has everything. The host is super receptive and leaves everything well explained. We really enjoyed it and will be back more often!

Our stay went well, it accommodated 4 adults and a child. We had a small unforeseen event with a clogged toilet, and Vanderlei responded and got a quick solution! Our only considerations were that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper available for 4 days, but we ended up buying it at the market. We also missed having more dish towels and larger pots (since there were 5 of us and we made all meals in the apartment). Everything went well! We would come back!

Anne’s apartment is fantastic. It’s super spacious, has wonderful panoramic views from the terraces as well as the front bedrooms. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone considering. Anne is extremely friendly and is always very responsive. She’s a perfect host and very kind. We’d love to return next year for sure, hopefully for even longer! Fernando's apartment is excellent!! He's so attentive that he even welcomed us with fruit and candy! It had everything you could need and more!! Very clean and organized. Very well decorated. Very good quality bedding and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked, and he even left us a water dispenser. When it ran out, he refilled it immediately. We also loved the location, a very quiet area, the beach is very close, you can walk and a few steps away there are very nice bars and restaurants, the supermarket is also close. Fernando was very attentive and kind!! We really felt very comfortable!!! In conclusion, 5 stars!! I would definitely come back to this place!!! Many thanks Fernando!!!😊

Quiet accommodation, all very clean and organized,has several leisure options in the building such as swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive made us at ease, they gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants I will finally be sure to refer to my friends and I will come back more often, we do not enjoy the leisure that the building offered because we got out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... in short we simply love

Excellent! That was my 5th trip to BC, I already stayed in hotels and other Airbnbs, but for sure Lilian's lodging was the best choice, best cost-benefit as well. It is my first option for a return. The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is very comfortable, very good beds, equipped kitchen and the view to the beach makes all the difference. We arrived early on the day and there were no guests to check out so we got a check in a little earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful, helped us a lot to optimize the day. Located near the beach in a quiet region (at least in March) is also another convenience that makes this accommodation so special. Lilian and Graciele were always very quick in the answers and very requested giving good support for the guests. I loved everything, highly recommend the accommodation!

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures — in fact, it's even better! During my entire stay, the host was super attentive and always responded quickly. The site was impeccably clean and we had access to the entire leisure area of the condominium, which is simply perfect. My daughter loved it! There is toy library, game room, several pools... it is an excellent space for families. Another very positive point is the market behind the condominium, with fair prices. And the best: we can take the shopping cart to the apartment and then return it with ease. I asked to enter a little before the time, and since I was with a child, it made all the difference. Priscila was extremely solicitous and empathic with the situation, which made me even more at ease. Location is also great: only 10 minutes from Beto Carrero and about 35 minutes from Balneário Camboriú. Since I stayed for four days, it took time to enjoy a little bit of everything — it was wonderful!
