Cozy and modern cottage with a seaside location. The cottage is very fresh, the year of construction in 2021. It is 30 sqm which consists of bedroom, bathroom and combined living room and kitchen. There is a double bed, 160 cm, as well as a sofa bed suitable for two people, 160 cm. With us, the beds are always made when you arrive. Dining table with four chairs. The cottage is secluded on the property of the hosts. Private patio. Swimming area and fishing opportunities about 300 m away. Ideal for those looking for a home outside the city center in a quiet & relaxing environment.

Seaside location with partial lake view on Sjuhalla, 1,5 km outside Nättraby in the beautiful archipelago of Karlskrona. Open-plan with kitchen and living room. Fold-out kitchen table to save space if needed. The living room has a TV and sofa bed for two beds. Spacious bathroom with a shower. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Sleeping loft with double bed. Furnished patio with partial sea view and barbecue.

A modernly decorated cottage with AC of 50 sqm for max 6 people with 2 rooms and kitchen is only a 7 minute walk to the swimming area with beach, jetty and nice natural areas. With a rural location and and sunny patio, the whole company can relax. Modern bathroom with shower, WC and combined washing machine/dryer. Fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and dishes. In the living room there are flat screen TV with Chromecast. Unlimited access to fast and stable wifi.

Gästhus med utsikt ut över fält nära till strand och natur. Här har du närhet till flertalet naturupplevelser (2 stränder, flertalet utsiktplatser och bra löparspår). I boendet ingår även vårt Spahus med ång/torr-bastu, stort badkar, gym samt en extra bäddsoffa. Utanför spahuset finns en vedeldad badtunna som ni kan använda mot en extra avgift så eldar vi det varmt till er (detta måste bokas i förväg). Trädgården delas med ägarna och ni når stugan från parkeringen genom att korsa trädgården.

I had a great stay at Helge's house! You can get to the island very easily and free of charge from Karlskrona. The ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes. The few islanders were all very friendly and always greeted. The small supermarket is really very well stocked and has everything you need for weekly shopping. The house and location are at least as beautiful as in the pictures! You can only feel comfortable, switch off perfectly and forget any stress. Helge is extremely nice and accommodating. A really great host. He even has a newer boat than the one in the photo with more horsepower. I strongly recommend that Helge give a briefing, as it is quite rocky close to the water surface. I had a fantastic time. Good for dropouts, couples or family who can also occupy themselves. Price/performance was excellent!

Idyllic cottage near the sea

Cute little house on the grounds of the owner. Large garden and small protected terrace. Inside sufficient for 3 people, due to the age of the house low ceilings with beams. The sleeping area is relatively small and narrow, but with good beds. Unfortunately, there are no closets for clothes, but you can make do with dressers. The location in Nättraby is sensational: within walking distance to the village/supermarket, boat dock/archipelago boat to Karlskrona, small forest path directly to Tallholmen beach. We felt very comfortable!
