The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Located just a 20 minute level walk from North Narrabeen Beach and lagoon, 5 minutes from Warriewood Square and across the road from the Warriewood Wetlands. Bus stop located across the road and easy wlk to B line bus into the city. Please note the shower and toilet are located in the external laundry an not in the flat itself. There is no ensuite in the flat.
