Holiday rentals with breakfast in Narrabeen Lagoon

A beautiful house in a beautiful location with a fantastic host, well stocked with everything you’ll need. Lisa was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. Would highly recommend Possums Retreat.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming sandstone cottage in Kurrajong. The house is spacious and surrounded by peaceful bushland, with lovely walking trails and a great campfire spot. We especially enjoyed the unique cowboy and vintage memorabilia that gave the place so much character. The kitchen was very well equipped, allowing us to cook hearty meals and really make the space feel like home. On our last night, we ended the trip perfectly with a cozy campfire and roasted veggies under the stars. A beautiful, remote getaway—perfect for the Easter long weekend and a much-needed escape from the busy city life.

Kim is an EXCELLENT Airbnb host! Even before we booked, she was incredibly flexible and responsive, making the whole process so easy and stress free. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was genuinely supportive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Kim and her family made us feel welcome and cared for. Her communication was prompt and thoughtful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The property itself is amazing, beautifully maintained, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Judy and Murray were impeccable hosts. They accommodated our booking at nearly the last minute for a week and communicated immediately. They asked about our preferences for breakfast and were kind enough to pick up a couple items for us ahead of time. Their home was easy to find and we had no problems parking, getting in, or using the space. The cabin has won awards for its design and is extremely cozy. The air/heating worked well, which was great for warm days and cold nights. We did have a small hitch with the WiFi while we were there, but our hosts did everything they could to rectify this issue; most of the problem was due to network upgrades being done in the area. Judy and Murray were amazing hosts, very gracious, incredibly responsive, and had lots of great suggestions for places to go and things to do. I recommend the walk to Crackneck lookout, which was a relatively easy walk (lots of uphill at the end) and a breathtaking view of the ocean!

Annie was very helpful, set up a baby cot before arrive, let us check in earlier and offered use of her pram knowing that we had children. Very inviting place in a great location

We had an extended stay at Alisha's property while doing renovations on our home, and it was a great experience. The property was clean and well presented, Alisha was always friendly, helpful and responsive, and it's in a beautiful quiet location close to the bus stop.

5 stars! Jenny is a superb host. She's very communicative with a auper clean, super comfy Air Bnb. The personal touches like a beer, brie, and bread, butter, and jelly in the fridge along with the "Maybe you forgot these" basket in the bathroom. So nice! Highly recommended :)

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

Great location in Elizabeth bay. Nice views from the balcony and living room. Easy walk to Kings Cross train station and local buses, so easy to get around. Nice local cafe on Elizabeth bay marina that’s worth checking out. Apartment is a good size, two bathrooms with one being en-suite. If you’re self catering there kitchen is good and large fridge. Victoria was a great host, proactive and helpful.

We were in Avalon for a family function and Aloha Avalon suited our family of 3 couples very well. Light, bright and airy, we felt very much at home during our 2 night stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ollie’s place! It’s in a super fun area that has lots to do nearby and is very walkable. Ollie is really easy to communicate with and definitely puts a lot of personal touches in his space that make you feel right at home!

Wonderful stay at Don’s— the neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, with so many restaurants, cafes and things to do. Easy access to transit to go into the city or to get to surrounding neighborhoods. Don was very responsive at all times. Would stay again!

This was my second time staying at Jeni’s place. The location is fantastic for access to beach and shops. Jeni’s place is very comfortable with a beautiful aesthetic. Jeni goes out of her way to ensure you have what you need including staples like bread, milk and condiments on arrival. We had a fabulous time and I hope to be able to stay again when we next need to travel to Sydney!

Patrycja is a wonderful host. Very friendly, helpful, nice and very easy to communicate. It was a very nice surprise that Patricia supplied eggs, milk, butter, fruits, cookies, breakfast cereal etc. Studio apartment has a very spectacular view especially from a balcony. Location is perfect. Close to walking tracks. A car carport is very useful. We spent there three nights and had a wonderful time. For sure we will come back in the future.

It was great to stay here. The view was incredible and it was so easy to travel around the area for this place. Allan was really helpful and made sure our stay was really comfortable.

Had a great stay at Willa @ Mangrove mountain . Location was perfect, the place was just perfect for two of us. Most of all the surroundings, and all our furry and feathery friends were great company.. we had a great time feeding Daisy and all the chooks but most of all lil cheeky PJ … such a cute girl and loved her company. Darren and Kim were great hosts , very responsive and the place is just great to unwind, relax and get away from the city and relax around nature.

This Airbnb was an absolute oasis! It was the perfect place to decompress after busy times visiting family and exploring my hometown. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and perfectly set up for kids. We really appreciated the privacy and that it had everything we needed. Out of all our stops on a two-week trip, this was hands down our favorite. It truly delivered on that authentic "BnB vibe" with all the thoughtful little extras, which is something you don't always find on the platform anymore. Highly recommend!

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Our nearly one-month long stay at this AirBnB was an exceptional experience. From the seamless check-in to the incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was not only clean and safe, but also made us feel right at home. We particularly appreciated the weekly housekeeping and the thoughtful replenishment of kitchen supplies.
