First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her fast and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at home for a night to escape the city crowd and rest alone. It was the same as the photos. It is so nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood while being so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The ambiance of the attic, the pleasure of the jacuzzi was wonderful. I'm thinking of renting again for the fireplace pleasure in the winter season. I really felt like I was at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

I stayed with Meils for 10 days. The apartment was as stated on the listing. I was very pleasantly received and check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. There is everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped. I felt very comfortable with Melis. A clear recommendation! Thank you :-)

The apartment is centrally located or even next to the historical elevator, but parking really turns into an ordeal because there's not even a parking lot around. The house was really clean. The view was nice, but even though the windows were closed, the cold weather made it difficult to sit in the living room. Everything was great except for these issues.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I rented this place for a 3-day family trip to Izmir. The host was very attentive, promptly answering every question we asked. The location of the house is in one of Izmir's most beautiful and enjoyable areas. The interior of the house was very clean, making us feel right at home. We were very pleased.

It was a very enjoyable experience. The location is in a very nice place, 18 minutes by car to the farthest place, we stayed with our dog, completely surrounded by fences, an isolated and quiet neighborhood. Our stay was very peaceful! I came to Urla for a sports competition, and was glad that we chose to stay at this place. I recovered nicely and rested ready for the next day. The house is so charming, unique and peaceful, and the views at daytime are amazing, forest and birds chirping, a swimming pool, and very welcoming and friendly hosts! Even though there was a little problem with the shower/water, Secattin and his wife were always fast to respond and to solve any problems!
