Not only was Mariana a phenomenal host, her home and surrounding area was exceptionally beautiful with the most amazing views. It was peaceful and private. We would be lucky to have the chance to stay at Mariana’s and would choose it again and again! The pool was an absolute hit for the kids and adults! Mariana was attentive and went above and beyond! This was one of the best places I have ever stayed away from home, and I travel a lot. The backyard of this house is the national park. This place was everything and more. We saw monkeys every day, multiple times a day. The monkeys passed right through the back yard and sat there to play and hang out in perfect view for 2-3 hours. Chipuken monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler momeys, scarlet macaws, tucans, etc. We saw it ALL! The dip pool is awesome and you even have an ocean view! Definitely worth the booking. Sam and Raquel were absolutely amazing host and will take care of all your needs while you are there and will tell you all about the things to do and see. Highly recommend!!

This property was absolutely stunning—beautiful views and a gorgeous aesthetic throughout. The concierge service was amazing! Emi was especially helpful—he booked us a boat tour, took us to a tattoo shop, and shared fantastic restaurant recommendations. He really made our stay extra special! Just a heads-up: the hike to the private beach is a bit intense. Definitely bring hiking shoes, and I wouldn’t recommend doing it if rain is in the forecast, as it makes the trail more slippery and challenging. That said, the beach is worth the effort if you can make the hike. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again!

What a magical place! The service was spectacular and the place is located with stunning views. Very cheap price for such a nice place. Plenty of towels and blankets for the cold.

Magical treehouse in the jungle of Quepos, not a far drive Manuel Antonio Park. Woke up to monkeys on the porch. 10/10 experience and would be thrilled to stay again even better in person!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home tucked into the jungle. The setting is very serene, with the sound of the river always in the background and the plethora of wildlife all around. The bed was very comfy, so a good nights rest was practically guaranteed. There are a few things I would note for anyone considering the home, especially if this is your first visit to the area. It is a 10+ minute rocky drive to the home off the main road, not a big deal with a sturdy car. Especially during rainy season, there’s a good chance you’ll lose power at some point, but seems to be restored quickly. Most places, including this home, discouraged you from flushing toilet paper, an adjustment from home. Being that this place is so small, there’s not a ton of privacy between the bathroom and bedroom, and the living area is not meant for lounging. That’s what the outdoor spaces are for! This was an experience unlike any other we’ve had in our previous visits to CR, I highly recommend it!

Leonardo and Pablo were both extremely helpful and very quick to respond. The view on a sunny day in the pool was definitely the highlight of the entire stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would stay again! All the puppies in the immediate area were also a huge highlight for us! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Also, highly recommend visiting Container Platz for delicious variety of food trucks and a great date night/family night out atmosphere. Something for everyone there!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The spaces is beautiful and centrally located while feeling tucked away. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We really loved watching the sunrise from the tower that overlooks the mountains down to the beach, it is worth the early alarm on vacation! Jason was super helpful and gave us great advice for navigating Manuel Antonio and avoiding common pitfalls, thank you!

Gabriel was a great host. Very responsive. The view from the apt is beautiful, specially at night! Would have loved to stay longer but had a very tight schedule!

This was a wonderful stay during our vacation. The view was spectacular. The location was very central and there was lots of food and club options around. Josuè was very attentive with us and took great care of us. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a comfortable fun and safe place to stay!

Utterly breathtaking in every way! We can honestly say there is nothing remotely negative about this wonderful place! Marta and Douglas and Seoul (apologies for spelling) were so kind and welcomed us into what felt like their home. The apartment was immaculate, cool and so rich with wildlife we hardly needed to leave. The pool was welcome after a busy day and there were plenty of places to eat within 6-10 minutes walk. Mccaws, Toucans, Monkeys and a well-over 2m long iguana we named Rammstein were regular visitors on or in a tree next to our balcony. Magical! Breakfast was lovely and well priced with avocados freshly picked from their own trees. We didn't want to leave! Yes the hill is steep to get back - but the amazing Sandy and her pup Jack are always on hand to take you wherever you want to go for a great price! Rainmaker park is a must, with a trip to a Tilapia farm on the way back (weekends) to catch and feast on fresh fish. Thank you so much for the best time ever. Pura Vida!

Beautiful place and great price. Would highly recommend if staying in San Jose area. Host is super responsive and helpful. Checkin and out directions are super clear and a private parking space is available.

I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The studio space is compact but has everything you need. It’s on the 28 floor with wonderful views over the city. The real beauty of the building though is the top floor (29) that has incredible shared amenity spaces. The coworking space is perfect. Very fast connection and lots of room to spread out, I’m an architect and had multiple monitors set up. The shared living room and other spaces were so relaxing. I felt like I was at home, but in a wonderfully luxurious space. The other residents were open and generous and quickly became friends who I will remain in contact with. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back.

We were a family with two young kids and absolutely loved our stay at Esteban’s. It was the perfect place to relax before our flight the next day. The apartment was spotless, the hot tub was a great bonus, and the nearby playground was a huge plus for the kids. Food delivery was easy, and booking amenities through the app was seamless. We’d seen some comments about noise, so we came prepared — but honestly, it was impressively quiet for a city apartment. The space felt well-insulated, and we didn’t have any issues at all. The blackout curtains were also a lifesaver for bedtime. Overall, a fantastic stay — 6 out of 5 stars!

Absolutely loved Jhonathan’s place! It was perfect walking distance from everything (the beach, bars, yummy restaurants, supermarket, etc) and in a gated community where all the staff were so friendly and nice. On the days where the beach was too much, we hung out by the villas beautiful community pool and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The villa itself was the perfect size and super clean. We are already planning a trip back! Would definitely recommend!

This is a great place in the best white sand beach playa Blanca. We had wonderful time with family of 4. Host is one of the best, from the time she received us and took us around the resort club to all the fruits water wine coffee she stocked for us is amazing. It was wonderful overall. Don’t think just book it to connect with nature.

We really liked the apartment! Very convenient location, there are restaurants nearby and places to go to know. Pool access was very close, equal to beach access. Very happy with the rooms, the kitchen was equipped, the bathrooms worked perfect. The entire apartment had air conditioning. We really enjoyed spending the night on the terrace after dinner. I would come back again no problem!
