Pistes du Soleil A2, Apartment with large terrace,

This 4 star rated apartment occupies almost the whole of the ground floor of building A in the prestigious Pistes du Soleil building in the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort. It has the benefit of a large south facing terrace protected by well established hedge that looks out across to the slopes. The slopes are located accross from the apt with the Chatelet and Floria chairlifts a mere 200m away. It has under-floor heating and extra convector heaters in every room. The accommodation of 100m², comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 with twin beds and last one with a set of bunks plus a 1 single bed. There are 2 oversized shower rooms and 1 bathroom that has a washing machine and dryer as well as 3 toilets. There is a large open plan room with sitting room, dining room and kitchen all beautifully equipped and furnished with comfortable sofas and quality furniture. The dining table extends to seat up to 16 people and there is ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen has a full oven, hobs, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and a microwave oven together with a selection of other appliances. A washing machine and tumble dryer is provided in laundry area tucked away behind a cupboard. There is a TV/DVD which receives British programmes, a CD player and broadband Internet access (wifi). There is garden furniture on the terrace and you will be able to eat outside even during the winter . The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)! These are to make your holidays that much more relaxing. Cots (no linen) and high chairs are available on request. The change-over day is Sunday. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Completely renovated by choosing quality materials to feel good in all seasons. The apartment opens onto an equipped kitchen adjoining the living room. There are two bedrooms: - one with a 180 cm double bed - one with a 140 cm bed. The apartment is located on the second floor, under the roofs there is a mezzanine for a reading or games area but not recommended for young children and tall adults.
